As an Agent, I would like to see totals on reports
Agents often want to know how may showings they had per month, per week or per year. They would like to know how many per buyer or of different types. This could also be very Year in review related.
Example:
You had 3 appointments in the last week, 23 in the last month and 109 in the last year. Of these appointments, 50 were showings, 33 were walk throughs and 4 were canceled due to inclement weather.

As a User, I'd Like a Live Calendar view of Current Appointments to Review When Setting up Available times for my Listing
I would like to have my appointment availability for my listings (in set up) AND a second calendar right below it that is the actual LIVE calendar of appointments booked so that I don't have to go to another part of the platform and try to remember what has been booked vs what I would like to change about availability.

As an Agent, I want to See all times in the Mobile Time selector
Next Gen only shows appointment times that are from {NOW} forward and match the selected duration. So if an appointment duration is 1 hour and lead time exists we will not initially show a time on the calendar that might work. Agents may decide that they don't need an hour after all and prefer to select the next available time.

As an Agent, I Dislike that some Menus Like duration or appointment type are hidden
When scheduling appointments, agents would like the preferences and options to be visible for easy selection without having to go into a menu.

Listing agents are looking to always see the requesting agent information in notifications and on screens at a top level. They do not want to have to dig for it.

As an Agent, I Want to Mark Appointments that Did Not Show
Mark appointments as no show. I am going through my showing history now and I see that I had 6 appointments confirmed, but when I look at my supra lockbox history only 2 of those appointments actually showed. I wish there was a way to go back and mark these appointments as no-show. Theres no way for me to go back and cancel these appointments that happened in the past

As an Agent, I Find it Difficult to Scroll on Mobile on My Listing page
The “my listings” dashboard screen is extremely touchy. If you hold your finger down while scrolling it will select the listing. Please make that screen less touchy. Or maybe require the listing to be chosen in another way?

As an Agent, I Need to See My Confirmed Showings Clearly
The new version is nicer in some ways, but I really hate loudly the lack of a simplified way to view your confirmed showings , the old ui is much less busy when on a phone in a car. The attached image is the current ui and it’s so much easier to read

Users would like to add notes to the listing worksheet or advertisement information. In classic they can add showings and open house entries.

As a User, I Would Like to Select the Start and End Time for Appointments on the Same Screen.
On the app version, I love that in the old version I can specify appt times down to the 5 min mark, but think the hour and minute need to be 2 separate wheels. It would be much less tedious than having to scroll all the way from 8:00AM down to 6:00PM on one wheel. See attached for suggested set up. It could even include the day and AM/PM like this picture.

As a User, I'd Like to See an Easy, Compact view of My Showings, To Quickly Reference Listing Details
The old app had an easy to view summary of all your showings to quickly reference price, beds, and baths and the new app is too compact in the calendar view so you have to click into each one to get more details

As an Agent, I Do Not Like that the List of Properties Change order as I select time
Every time you try to input the times for the showings, it keeps rerouting the list, which throws off the timelines that you’re trying to construct.

Agents would like to enter showings on behalf of other agents. In some cases agents call or use different methods to ask for showings. The listing side would like to keep track of them in Next Gen

As a User, I Want to Schedule in 5 Minute Increments
I would like to be able to schedule in 5 minute increments when doing a tour of multiple homes. If not there will be a lot of wasted time in between showings.

As a Next Gen User, I Would Like to Manually Add Inspectors /Appraisers
Agents often ask to have a way to add inspectors or appraisers to the system. In the markets where these users are a part of the MLS, we can pull them automatically with approval. but if they are not a member we need another workaround
