  1. As an Agent, I Want to Mark Appointments that Did Not Show

    Mark appointments as no show. I am going through my showing history now and I see that I had 6 appointments confirmed, but when I look at my supra lockbox history only 2 of those appointments actually showed. I wish there was a way to go back and mark these appointments as no-show. Theres no way for me to go back and cancel these appointments that happened in the past

  2. As an Agent, I Need Dashboard customization options so that I can see upcoming showings easier

    Be able to collapse or Hide calendar view so I can see my upcoming showings on my listings without half of the screen being taken up by the calendar

  4. As an Agent, I Find it Difficult to Scroll on Mobile on My Listing page

    The “my listings” dashboard screen is extremely touchy. If you hold your finger down while scrolling it will select the listing. Please make that screen less touchy. Or maybe require the listing to be chosen in another way?

  5. As an Agent, I Need to See My Confirmed Showings Clearly

    The new version is nicer in some ways, but I really hate loudly the lack of a simplified way to view your confirmed showings , the old ui is much less busy when on a phone in a car. The attached image is the current ui and it’s so much easier to read

  7. As a User, I Would Like to Select the Start and End Time for Appointments on the Same Screen.

    On the app version, I love that in the old version I can specify appt times down to the 5 min mark, but think the hour and minute need to be 2 separate wheels. It would be much less tedious than having to scroll all the way from 8:00AM down to 6:00PM on one wheel. See attached for suggested set up. It could even include the day and AM/PM like this picture.

  8. As a User, I'd Like to See an Easy, Compact view of My Showings, To Quickly Reference Listing Details

    The old app had an easy to view summary of all your showings to quickly reference price, beds, and baths and the new app is too compact in the calendar view so you have to click into each one to get more details

  9. As an Agent, I Do Not Like that the List of Properties Change order as I select time

    Every time you try to input the times for the showings, it keeps rerouting the list, which throws off the timelines that you’re trying to construct.

  10. As an Agent, I would like to schedule on behalf of others in Next Gen

    Agents would like to enter showings on behalf of other agents. In some cases agents call or use different methods to ask for showings. The listing side would like to keep track of them in Next Gen

  11. As a Next Gen User, I Would Like to Manually Add Inspectors /Appraisers

    Agents often ask to have a way to add inspectors or appraisers to the system. In the markets where these users are a part of the MLS, we can pull them automatically with approval. but if they are not a member we need another workaround

  14. As an Agent, I Would Like ALL Offers Published for the Seller

    Agents would like to automatically publish all offers to the seller for some listings.

    In some markets, sellers are doing the work and just use an agent to list their home in the MLS for more exposure. For situations like this the agent often wants the "Behind the Scenes" work to be passed on to the seller automatically

  15. As a User, I Want to See Listings I Save in Next Gen, Appear in the Classic View

    If I use the new generation experience and have showings in "carts" but not requested yet, they do not show up on the old experience what so ever. I don't have any upcoming showings to test and request in the next generation to see if they pop up in the old generation at this time.

  20. As an agent, I would like to send appt details to my seller in the same format as a ShowingCart for a single appt

    Agents really like the appointment detail format (property info and driving instructions, info link can be emailed or texted) the Classic ShowingCart allows them to share with their clients for showings, and they would like to be able to do that for a one-off appointment easily.
