  3. As an Agent, I want to be informed about the SMS opt-in process whn calling in Showing Instructions

    Agents that use the ShowingTime Appointment Center would like to be reminded or informed of the SMS opt-in process. This action will reduce missed appointments by giving agents a heads up.

    Would like to be able to send sellers their weekly showing reports like we used to be able to do on the original version. Agents want to be able to schedule the owners version of the Listing Activity report (LAR) to be sent automatically

  7. As an Agent, I'd like a Listing activity report for my listings that contains Showing Instructions, co listing and contact information.

    Hello,

    I would like to be able to print or export an excel report showing all of my listings and their associated data. Ideally this would include showingtime instructions, the co-list agents, and all contact info. Would it be possible to create this report? Please let me know. Thank you so much!

  8. As a User, Once I Select My Time, I Do Not Want to Reselect It if I Change the Type of Showing

    Once a user selects the time for a showing in Next Gen. It is not saved if they change the type of showing for example. So if they select a time frame of 1-3pm and then want to mark the showing as an inspection, when the select the new appointment type, the time is unset.

  9. As an Agent, I would like to see totals on reports

    Agents often want to know how may showings they had per month, per week or per year. They would like to know how many per buyer or of different types. This could also be very Year in review related.

    Example:

    You had 3 appointments in the last week, 23 in the last month and 109 in the last year. Of these appointments, 50 were showings, 33 were walk throughs and 4 were canceled due to inclement weather.

  10. As a user, I want to manually add an agent to assign for a showing.

    users sometimes need to manually add an agent to schedule a showing. this could be an agent in an adjacent market, or not yet available in the MLS feed.

  11. As an Agent, I would like a ShowingTime app hosted Video tour

    Agents would like the ShowingTime app, not a third party, to record a video tour. Virtual showings and their features cover some aspects, but agents would like to host the tour directly from ShowingTime.

  12. As an admin, I want to be able to change the agent in next gen after the showing has been scheduled

    admins would like to update the requesting agent name after a showing has been scheduled. Perhaps a different team member needs to cover or take over a showing.

    Agents would like us to add municipality and neighborhood to the listing details page. We could expand on this idea a bit since there may be other fields an MLS provides that they would like to be shown.

  14. As a user, I'd like to have the Buyers Agreement "stick" or be remembered per buyer

    Agents often show several homes to the same buyer and now that we have rules in place to make sure they have an agreement in place; they are being asked each time (per appointment) to make sure that it exists.

    Agents are asking for a way for our system to identify that that buyer is already attached or has agreed to it for a period (say 6 months) so they do not have have to agree each time.

  19. As a User, I would like to Copy Instructions to Incomplete listings

    Allow 'copy to' to add instructions to incomplete listings..
    Copy to Inclomplete listings.

    When Setting up a new profile for an incomplete listing that will be relaunched it would be nice to be able to use 'copy to' . Right now incomplete listings don't come up as an option when seraching for a listing to copy to.
