As an agent I would like a section where I can see all my rescheduled appointments listed that were canceled to make it easier to view. Just how confirmed/canceled appointments are

Custom rules notes
In listing setup -> custom rules -> make it possible to see the notes made for the rule name by hovering over the text spot on both the calendar and left hand rule tile. (I am dealing with tenants right now and need to know which one I input for being home but may or may not be flexible at certain times.)

As an agent, in NextGen I would like the All Agents from my Firm option when using the Send Notification Feature
In NextGen the all agents from my firm option is not there when using the send notification feature. Only options are to send to agents who have shown the property and all listing contacts, compared to classic they can send to all agents in their firm.

As a User, I want to add activity to the Next Gen Listing Activity Report
Users would like a way to manually confirm showings for properties that don't use ShowingTime for requests. That way they can make the tour and it be noted that the time was confirmed. A place to add a note about access instructions would be necessary as well.

As a listing agent, I think that the feedback for my listings should be the default tab in the feedback section
On the Feedback tab I would suggest moving the MY LISTINGS tab to the default versus LISTINGS.

As a listing agent, I think that My Listings should be the default choice when i select the listings tab
On the Listing tab move the default to My Listings versus Listings. It is frustrating to have to click on the My Listings tab every time I want to look at my listings.

Users already have multiple ways to enter a home and some use multiple lockboxes for ease of access. ShowingTime needs to allow more than one method of access to a home.

Proposed Feature Details
Dedicated Notes/Reminders/Tasks Section:
Add a clickable section in the highlighted area (currently an empty space to the right of the showing list) where users can add notes, reminders, and tasks for the listing.
When clicked, this section should trigger a pop-up window to provide ample space for typing detailed notes or setting reminders/tasks.
Pop-Up Functionality:
The pop-up should include fields for:
Notes: Free-text area for general comments or observations (e.g., "Buyer mentioned interest in the backyard space").
Reminders: Option to set a date/time for follow-ups (e.g., "Follow up with Nicole Ellison on 3/15").

While defaults are set at the market level for statuses and if they are showable, agents would like to set them for their own listings as well. So if a listing is pending for example, they would still love for showings and offers

As a User, I would like ShowingTime to have two way communication with Follow Up Boss
I would like to have ShowingTime two sync with Follow Up Boss. Add contacts and syncing showings on the calendar. Also, add the activity on the deal in FUB so as agent you could easily share the activity with your seller via follow up boss report.

Would like to be able to send sellers their weekly showing reports like we used to be able to do on the original version. Agents want to be able to schedule the owners version of the Listing Activity report (LAR) to be sent automatically
