Agents would like us to add municipality and neighborhood to the listing details page. We could expand on this idea a bit since there may be other fields an MLS provides that they would like to be shown.

As a user, I'd like to have the Buyers Agreement "stick" or be remembered per buyer
Agents often show several homes to the same buyer and now that we have rules in place to make sure they have an agreement in place; they are being asked each time (per appointment) to make sure that it exists.
Agents are asking for a way for our system to identify that that buyer is already attached or has agreed to it for a period (say 6 months) so they do not have have to agree each time.

As a User, I would like to Copy Instructions to Incomplete listings
Allow 'copy to' to add instructions to incomplete listings..
Copy to Inclomplete listings.When Setting up a new profile for an incomplete listing that will be relaunched it would be nice to be able to use 'copy to' . Right now incomplete listings don't come up as an option when seraching for a listing to copy to.

Can you create a pause feature for showings? At times a seller may request a pause due to many reasons such as a sudden home repair needed or a family emergency.

As an Agent, I Want to See all Agent Info on the Calendar
I was hoping the "new" showing time version would fix this issue but it didn't....
Is there a reason that when looking at the daily calendar of showings on my listings, the showing agent's name is shown but not their contact info? That's the most important info regarding that agent and that showing at the moment and it's extra steps and time to have to click on each agent to copy their email or get their number. There's plenty of room next to the agent's name/agency for their contact info.2 votes -

As a User, I'd Like a Live Calendar view of Current Appointments to Review When Setting up Available times for my Listing
I would like to have my appointment availability for my listings (in set up) AND a second calendar right below it that is the actual LIVE calendar of appointments booked so that I don't have to go to another part of the platform and try to remember what has been booked vs what I would like to change about availability.

As a User, I think that choosing the time should be a bigger on mobile
Mobile users would like to see all information on the top level. Choosing a time has also been requested to be near to the date and not seem hidden. The idea is that scrolling to choose it seems off to some users, and they would like it to see more natural

Users just want to see the feedback that has been submitted. they want the process to be simple. Showing the feedback first and then letting them sort, filter, or manager.

Driving directions. I liked old feature where you have your tour. You click on property it drive navigation to property prompt when done and take you to the next property

As an Agent, I Want the Link From the Notification to Take me Directly to the Property
When you send me a push sms message and ask me for feedback on the showing that I did for my buyer, and I click on the link for that house, I don't expect to be taken back to the app and have to navigate the app. I expect that the Apple open on that property and in the place where I need to put my Feedback

As an Agent, I want to See all times in the Mobile Time selector
Next Gen only shows appointment times that are from {NOW} forward and match the selected duration. So if an appointment duration is 1 hour and lead time exists we will not initially show a time on the calendar that might work. Agents may decide that they don't need an hour after all and prefer to select the next available time.

As an Agent, I Dislike that some Menus Like duration or appointment type are hidden
When scheduling appointments, agents would like the preferences and options to be visible for easy selection without having to go into a menu.
