As an agent, I wanted the listing appointment type "Appointment Required, Confirm with Selected"
Agent requesting a selection for Appointment Required, confirm with Selected due to needing to have more than one contact but not all contact confirm showing.

As an agent, I want my owner to be able to send access info directly to BAs, as the instructions change appt to appt
The client would like us to consider the option for the owners to have the ability to add specific notes to the buyers agents, for each appointment as in some cases the instructions/codes can change or for any other showing specific notes

As an agent, I want to allow my seller to confirm appts via text without the seller having to also get text notifications of confirmed appts
Currently, when setting up a listing, if you give a contact the ability to confirm appointments via text, the system automatically subscribes that contact to receive notifications of confirmed/cancelled appts via text also, and this cannot be turned off without taking away the ability to confirm appts altogether.

As an agent, I would like to control when feedback requests on my listings are sent.
Some agents feel requests are sent to soon, some feel they are not sent often enough and want increased frequency inside of one day

As an agent, I would like the contacts to automatically merge when merging listings
Currently, contacts do not merge when listings are merged. Instead, the contact duplicate and agents must go into the listing and manually remove the duplicates.

As an agent, I want ShowingVoice to state the full address including the unit number
The full address needs to be stated because agents can have multiple properties of the same address with the only difference being the unit number

As an agent, I want to be able to end the showing and the Showing Beacon on demand
Currently, the agent has to wait until the scheduled end of the showing for the app to prompt them to end the showing, and then it ends the showing beacon. It would be easier if the agent had control of this, if they finish early or the showing goes long.

As an agent, I want rescheduled appointments to follow the most updated version of the showing instructions on the listing
Currently, rescheduled appointments follow the showing instructions that were in effect at the time the original appointment was scheduled.
