    Is it possible to get rid of the notification about buyers agreements. I understand reading it once but to have it pop up everytime is quite annoying.

  3. As an Agent, I Want to See all Agent Info on the Calendar

    I was hoping the "new" showing time version would fix this issue but it didn't....
    Is there a reason that when looking at the daily calendar of showings on my listings, the showing agent's name is shown but not their contact info? That's the most important info regarding that agent and that showing at the moment and it's extra steps and time to have to click on each agent to copy their email or get their number. There's plenty of room next to the agent's name/agency for their contact info.

  5. As a User, I'd Like a Live Calendar view of Current Appointments to Review When Setting up Available times for my Listing

    I would like to have my appointment availability for my listings (in set up) AND a second calendar right below it that is the actual LIVE calendar of appointments booked so that I don't have to go to another part of the platform and try to remember what has been booked vs what I would like to change about availability.

  6. As a User, I think that choosing the time should be a bigger on mobile

    Mobile users would like to see all information on the top level. Choosing a time has also been requested to be near to the date and not seem hidden. The idea is that scrolling to choose it seems off to some users, and they would like it to see more natural

    Users just want to see the feedback that has been submitted. they want the process to be simple. Showing the feedback first and then letting them sort, filter, or manager.

  9. As an Agent, I Want the Link From the Notification to Take me Directly to the Property

    When you send me a push sms message and ask me for feedback on the showing that I did for my buyer, and I click on the link for that house, I don't expect to be taken back to the app and have to navigate the app. I expect that the Apple open on that property and in the place where I need to put my Feedback

  10. As an Agent, I want to See all times in the Mobile Time selector

    Next Gen only shows appointment times that are from {NOW} forward and match the selected duration. So if an appointment duration is 1 hour and lead time exists we will not initially show a time on the calendar that might work. Agents may decide that they don't need an hour after all and prefer to select the next available time.

  13. As an Agent I would like to see a Buyers Agent Co-Op Field

    Hello, can you please add a field when we set up the showing instructions to include a Broker Compensation field that will show when an agent clicks on the link to schedule a showing? This would not be a violation of the NAR settlement since the link goes to an outside website and is not populated by any MLS data. You would be heroes to all agents who otherwise have to receive calls and text messages from all the showing agents wondering what the Coop commission is. PLEASE add a Co-Op commission field to the attached screenshot. Thanks!!!

    Agents/Admins are looking for stats on showings and having a report that shows the dates and time most often scheduled.

  17. As an Agent, I would like to sort the acitivies on the Listing activity report.

    I am a member of the advisory board so I will also send this to my contact. I started using the new version however when I pick one of my listings and look at the activity, the times are out of order instead of being in chronological order as they were in the old version. This is very inconvenient and frustrating. If there is a way to change this on my end, I haven't figured it out.

  19. As a user, I am frustrated with the Google sync delay

    Because google can take hours to process updates, users think that the sync is not working.
    However, Google Sync is outside of ShowingTime's control. Updates may take minutes or hours at the discretion of Google and not ShowingTime.
