As a User, I Would LIke an Easier to Use ShowingCart
I miss the ShowingCart feature very much. Scheduling multiple showings for a single buyer is much clunkier than the previous version. I also find adding "other" non-listing stops and then modifying them much more difficult. I use the old ShowingCart feature with ease. This is not user friendly. For example, I have put in 5 stops, 3 showing and 2 non showing with times but do not see a way to now submit those requests all at the same time. As an Agent, I Would Like to Schedule an Open House in Next Gen
As an agent I wish I could code a showing as an open house to the seller and that this would also highlight if an agent tried to book an appointment at the same time.
Open houses should display in a different color/style so that it is easily seen when viewing reports, attempting to schedule, or reviewing associated activity.

Agents would like to print out showing directions. In some cases, it is for a record and in others its a backup. Having a printed copy solves issues like offline or low power.

As A User, I Think the Scheduling Screen does not show enough information
An agent has indicated that the scheduling screen was too large. They had to reduce the size to see everything. Agents want to see more of the day and dates available to schedule. They may not (and often are not) be scheduling for a few hours from now and rather are planning for later showings.
Design refers to having content "above the fold" as some users do not scroll or may not scroll.

As a User, I Would Like Additional Showing Durations
Users express a need to have additional showing durations. For instance 20 Minutes.
Other ideas for Classic pointed at having the entire 5-minute range available. Example:

Is it possible to get rid of the notification about buyers agreements. I understand reading it once but to have it pop up everytime is quite annoying.

Agents would like to enter showings on behalf of other agents. In some cases agents call or use different methods to ask for showings. The listing side would like to keep track of them in Next Gen

As a User, I Want to Schedule in 5 Minute Increments
I would like to be able to schedule in 5 minute increments when doing a tour of multiple homes. If not there will be a lot of wasted time in between showings.

As a User, I Want to See Listings I Save in Next Gen, Appear in the Classic View
If I use the new generation experience and have showings in "carts" but not requested yet, they do not show up on the old experience what so ever. I don't have any upcoming showings to test and request in the next generation to see if they pop up in the old generation at this time.

As as agent, I want the ability to schedule inspection or walk through during "TNAS, contingent on inspection"
Currently, in TNAS status (at least in Northstar MLS), inspections are unable to be scheduled, but the intention of the status from the listing agent's perspective is only to block showings, not inspections.
"Please update the system to allow for Inspections and Walk-through during times when a listing is TNAS for Inspection or Statutory Recission or Other. This is the most frustrating thing!! As an agent, I would like to send appt details to my seller in the same format as a ShowingCart for a single appt
Agents really like the appointment detail format (property info and driving instructions, info link can be emailed or texted) the Classic ShowingCart allows them to share with their clients for showings, and they would like to be able to do that for a one-off appointment easily.

As a User, I want to add activity to the Next Gen Listing Activity Report
Users would like a way to manually confirm showings for properties that don't use ShowingTime for requests. That way they can make the tour and it be noted that the time was confirmed. A place to add a note about access instructions would be necessary as well.

As an Agent, I am Confused When I Don't see an Appointment Confirmation pop-up
Agents would like something definitive when an appointment is confirmed. While toasts and banners are in the right direction, they can be missed. Some agents want a popup or something more "visible" to identify that things are complete.
