Agents would like to be able to schedule a new showing on a listing that is nearby one they are looking at or viewing. The idea is that its the neighborhood and features rather than the house itself the buyer is looking for.

As an Agent, I want to see the listing details in next gen once showing is approved
I want to be able to see the listing details from the access details screen once the listing is approved/scheduled. I can see this info when searching for a house to book a showing appointment but not once it’s approved without going back in to search for it.

As an Inspector, I Would Like to Request Appointents of up to 8 Hours in Length
As a home inspector and affiliate member, our appointments often last longer than four hours. This forces us to have to call into ShowingTime to request an appointment rather than being able to use the app. It would be nice if we could request showings that are up to eight hours so that we can do inspections of all sizes

As an admin, I want to be able to change the agent in next gen after the showing has been scheduled
admins would like to update the requesting agent name after a showing has been scheduled. Perhaps a different team member needs to cover or take over a showing.

When scheduling appointments, agents would like the preferences and options to be visible for easy selection without having to go into a menu.

As an Agent, I Would Like to Add Comments About a Listing I Am Scheduling On
The houses are missing a section to write comments for ourselves. Only comments to the listing agent are available. I like to add comments for myself as I was able to do on the previous version.

As a User, I Would Like to Select the Start and End Time for Appointments on the Same Screen.
On the app version, I love that in the old version I can specify appt times down to the 5 min mark, but think the hour and minute need to be 2 separate wheels. It would be much less tedious than having to scroll all the way from 8:00AM down to 6:00PM on one wheel. See attached for suggested set up. It could even include the day and AM/PM like this picture.

As an Agent, I'd like to allow Showings on my Listing when the status is Pending
While defaults are set at the market level for statuses and if they are showable, agents would like to set them for their own listings as well. So if a listing is pending for example, they would still love for showings and offers

As a User, Once I Select My Time, I Do Not Want to Reselect It if I Change the Type of Showing
Once a user selects the time for a showing in Next Gen. It is not saved if they change the type of showing for example. So if they select a time frame of 1-3pm and then want to mark the showing as an inspection, when the select the new appointment type, the time is unset.
