    Users would like to edit their feedback forms in Next Gen. They would also like Feedback overview and controls in Next Gen. Being able to see all the feedback for a single property.

  2. As a User, I Want the Entry Window for Feedback to Float So the Keyboard Does Not Get in the Way

    Users would like the feedback entry window to float. The main issue was the keyboard on the phone takes up the lower half and the header was stationary and took up the upper half.

    When an agent is looking at feedback, they would like to see the listing agents full contact details or the buyer's agent full contact details without having to click the kebab menu.

  5. As an Agent, I Would To Have Additional Ways to Sort Feedback

    It would be helpful if i could sort my lisitng feedback by received or waiting for a response. Once feedback has been received and sent to seller I really don't need to see that again. So away to clear it from view would also work

    Users just want to see the feedback that has been submitted. they want the process to be simple. Showing the feedback first and then letting them sort, filter, or manager.

  9. As a listing agent, I think that the feedback for my listings should be the default tab in the feedback section

    On the Feedback tab I would suggest moving the MY LISTINGS tab to the default versus LISTINGS.

  10. As a User, I would like the Green Feedback Popup Visible Until Clicked

    When one completes the Feedback window, and takes the time to type a long comment, and clicks "Save and Submit", a green popup indicates that the feedback was sent. That green popup disappears quickly, and if one is distracted, one thinks the system malfunctioned and did NOT send the feedback. I would suggest that you change the green feedback popup, so that it does NOT disappear, UNTIL one closes it with a click. Thanks. Rick.

  12. As an Next Gen User, When I Submit Feedback, I Want to See the Price of the Listing and the Date and Time of Showing

    Agents would like to see reminders like the date of the showing and time it took place along with the price of the listing when submitting feedback.

  14. As an Agent, I Would Like the Default View for Feedback to be the Last 7 Days

    Default feedback page to show requests from last 7 days. Currently seems to default to the last time the app was opened so feedback requests since then do not appear until explicitly searched for. I’ve attached a screenshot of what would be helpful to see, (but didn’t take one to show how it is currently.)

  15. As a User, I Want the Agent's Name on the Feedback view

    Agents would like to see the buyer's agent information when reviewing feedback that has been submitted. Right now, the Buyer's agent name is in small font on the initial screen and not visible when they open the feedback in next gen.
