Same- I get text messages from agents with feed back and I want to be able to put that feedback into ST and send to my clients

For some reason, agents are providing me feedback via text message. Can you find a solution that I can easily add this feedback to the listing? like a way to forward the text to the feedback for thjat listing in ST? i can do this sometimes with a specific e-mail address into my CRM....so maybe a specific text number I can send the message to and it goes directly into that listing and under that shoeing agent?
