Agents want to print copies for their records or times when the cellular service is weak.

As an Agent, I Would Like 15 minute increments for default showing times.
Need 15 or 30 min increments on default showing times for listings as well as the ability to select a range of dates for custom rules.

As an Agent, I Find it Difficult to Scroll on Mobile on My Listing page
The “my listings” dashboard screen is extremely touchy. If you hold your finger down while scrolling it will select the listing. Please make that screen less touchy. Or maybe require the listing to be chosen in another way?

As a User, I want to Add Listing Rules for a date range.
When setting up showing instructions, sellers like to restrict certain times (example, no showings before 10 am or after 7 pm) Please add the feature that allows us to make a date range. As it is now (desktop version for sure) We have to click on each day 1 by 1. There’s no way to choose a range.

As an Agent, I Would like To See the Access Notes and Alarm Location Always Expanded
Have the Access Notes and Location on the page, not a drop down. Too many clicks currently. There is more than enough blank space on the page to have several lines of notes, at least, without having to drop down for more info.

As a User I dislike the Next Gen Interface
Agents feel that next gen takes more steps to do the same actions, especially from mobile. Items such as Showing type are hidden and there is a risk that the information you have entered will be undone if you forget to select something in the correct order.

Agents would like to have a larger range of times for inspections. Currently the max is 2 hours

As a User, I Want the Agent's Name on the Feedback view
Agents would like to see the buyer's agent information when reviewing feedback that has been submitted. Right now, the Buyer's agent name is in small font on the initial screen and not visible when they open the feedback in next gen.

The new version is nicer in some ways, but I really hate loudly the lack of a simplified way to view your confirmed showings , the old ui is much less busy when on a phone in a car. The attached image is the current ui and it’s so much easier to read

Agents would like to print out showing directions. In some cases, it is for a record and in others its a backup. Having a printed copy solves issues like offline or low power.

Under feedback Ability to copy the email and phone number of the showing agent so I can easily paste into my CRM. Currently it opens a link to call via computer or sets up a send email.

It would be helpful if i could sort my lisitng feedback by received or waiting for a response. Once feedback has been received and sent to seller I really don't need to see that again. So away to clear it from view would also work
