As an agent, I want to be able to add already confirmed appointments to the ShowingCart easily
Currently, an agent can add a confirmed appointment to the ShowingCart, but it is not intuitive, and it is a much more tedious process than adding a property before the appointment is requested.
To add a confirmed appt, agents must use the "Add Other Stop" option (and nothing tells them to do this), and then they must manually enter the address in its entirety, and then manually select the appointment time and appointment status.
Agents often schedule appointments outside of the cart and then wish to create the cart to give their buyer easy instructions to follow for the tour.…

As an LA, I would like to be able to prompt BAs at the end of a showing to turn off lights/secure property automatically
I am writing to inquire about the possibility of adding an automation trigger or enhanced notification feature that activates when a showing ends.
Specifically, many agents forget to turn off the lights at the end of a showing. It would be valuable if ShowingTime could provide one of the following:1.
A webhook or API event that fires when a showing is completed, so brokerages/teams can integrate with external systems (e.g., smart light controls, automated alerts).

As an agent, I would like a pre-built feedback template specifically for open houses
Can you make a simple improvement. Add Open House to showing options. We all ask agents who are hosting open houses for us to schedule on ShowingTime then to provide feedback. Also a special template for feedback for only this showing type would be ideal. We need feedback like:
- How many groups came through?
- How many serious buyers?
- How many nosy neighbors?
- How many agents came by? Did they have their clients with them? ect

Agent would like the option to allow a schedule send for the homeowners version of the Listing Activity Report to provide weekly feedback, just like is possible with the regular LAR

Agents want to receive mass notifications for properties they have shown, but be able to opt out of receiving mass notifications for any properties they did not show, even when agents in their firm select to notify "All Agents in [their] Firm".

As an agent, it is not useful to have the past showings on my listings separate from feedback information
Agent is using "On my listings" feature to access info about showings on all his listings, and is frustrated that the feedback from the showing agent does not show in that view. While there are other places to see this information in the platform, the agent is saying that separate views for past showing info feedback on not useful. The Classic features on the desktop "On My Listings" and "Feedback" could be combined.

Suggestions for an fulltime buyer/seller agent
I love the look of the new ShowingTime app—but from a practical standpoint, it’s a step backward.
When I’m working with buyers, I routinely schedule multiple showings at once. As a Canopy MLS member, I select the homes buyers want to see (plus homes I know they should see) and use the ShowingTime button to build a ShowingCart. This is one of the biggest time-savers in my workflow.
The ShowingCart lets me:
-Schedule multiple showings efficiently
-Calculate drive time between properties
-View everything on a map to plan the best route
-Start with the strongest home to set expectations

As an agent, I would like to send appt details to my seller in the same format as a ShowingCart for a single appt
Agents really like the appointment detail format (property info and driving instructions, info link can be emailed or texted) the Classic ShowingCart allows them to share with their clients for showings, and they would like to be able to do that for a one-off appointment easily.
