I am writing to inquire about the possibility of adding an automation trigger or enhanced notification feature that activates when a showing ends.
Specifically, many agents forget to turn off the lights at the end of a showing. It would be valuable if ShowingTime could provide one of the following:

1.
A webhook or API event that fires when a showing is completed, so brokerages/teams can integrate with external systems (e.g., smart light controls, automated alerts).
2.
An optional built-in notification (email/SMS/push) that is sent automatically to the showing agent at the exact end time of the appointment with a clear prompt to turn off lights and secure the property.

Right now, the only related notifications are internal to the app. A formal automation event would reduce agent oversights and improve security/energy efficiency.
