Next Gen is buggy and difficult to navigate
The app is slow and buggy and extremely difficult to navigate. The buttons make zero sense and are often slow to respond.

As an Agent, I think the Mobile layout is clunky
The layout feels clunky and showing request on my listings should be front and center, they are hard to find. the layout needs to be clean and concise as we are mostly working on a mobile device.

As an Agent, I Want the Link From the Notification to Take me Directly to the Property
When you send me a push sms message and ask me for feedback on the showing that I did for my buyer, and I click on the link for that house, I don't expect to be taken back to the app and have to navigate the app. I expect that the Apple open on that property and in the place where I need to put my Feedback

As a User, I'd Like an Offline mode
Ideally the showing instructions / access details should be available when i don't have cell service.
