As an agent, I find the Classic TMA report more useful than the Next Gen TMA report
The agent is not satisfied with the Target market analysis report in the NextGen version. She wants for the starting price in the range to go higher than 1mil $, for there to be a "auto" option for price increments like in the older version and for there to be a note that there need to be at least 3 listings inside of a price range for it to display data. As an agent, the "help" pop up is blocking the "submit feedback" button, and I cannot submit my feedback
The agents are saying that the question "How can we help?" is on top of the submit button for feedback. It makes them unable to submit a feedback. Can the HELP tab be moved?

As an agent, when I send a mass notification and I do not enter anything in the body of the email, the system autofills the price change msg, and it should not do that. It should send a message with the body of the email blank, or notify me that the body of the email is blank and ask me to approve or cancel sending the message.

As as agent, I want the ability to schedule inspection or walk through during "TNAS, contingent on inspection"
Currently, in TNAS status (at least in Northstar MLS), inspections are unable to be scheduled, but the intention of the status from the listing agent's perspective is only to block showings, not inspections.
"Please update the system to allow for Inspections and Walk-through during times when a listing is TNAS for Inspection or Statutory Recission or Other. This is the most frustrating thing!! As an agent, the landing page of the Classic app the says "nothing here yet" is confusing and not useful
When an agent logs into the Classic app and the first thing they see says "nothing here yet", they are confused and think they did something wrong or something is wrong with the app, when in fact, that is just the landing page. The landing page should have useful information on it.
