As a User I dislike the Next Gen Interface
Agents feel that next gen takes more steps to do the same actions, especially from mobile. Items such as Showing type are hidden and there is a risk that the information you have entered will be undone if you forget to select something in the correct order.

Customer suggested that email should be automatically and immediately sent to customers that need to opt in via text along with instructions how to do that.

As a co-listing agent, I would like to receive any direct messages the buyer's agent sends to the LA (through ST messages feature), and vice versa. Any communication on any appointment through the messaging feature should automatically go to all three parties (LA, Co-LA, BA).

As a User, I would like ShowingTime to have two way communication with Follow Up Boss
I would like to have ShowingTime two sync with Follow Up Boss. Add contacts and syncing showings on the calendar. Also, add the activity on the deal in FUB so as agent you could easily share the activity with your seller via follow up boss report.

As a buyers agent, I would like to have an option to see the appt detail information similar as a listing agent does for his appt. Want to see when they requested the appt and when notices went out to them and maybe when to contacts but not saying who.

When sending a mass email agents would like to have a template option similar to feedback. This will allow them to click on past ones they use to save time and will help maintain consistency across communications.

As a User, I Would LIke an Easier to Use ShowingCart
I miss the ShowingCart feature very much. Scheduling multiple showings for a single buyer is much clunkier than the previous version. I also find adding "other" non-listing stops and then modifying them much more difficult. I use the old ShowingCart feature with ease. This is not user friendly. For example, I have put in 5 stops, 3 showing and 2 non showing with times but do not see a way to now submit those requests all at the same time. It looks like I have to do it individually since I saved it for later before submitting the requests. The…
