  2. As a User I dislike the Next Gen Interface

    Agents feel that next gen takes more steps to do the same actions, especially from mobile. Items such as Showing type are hidden and there is a risk that the information you have entered will be undone if you forget to select something in the correct order.

  3. As a User, I Would LIke an Easier to Use ShowingCart

    I miss the ShowingCart feature very much. Scheduling multiple showings for a single buyer is much clunkier than the previous version. I also find adding "other" non-listing stops and then modifying them much more difficult. I use the old ShowingCart feature with ease. This is not user friendly. For example, I have put in 5 stops, 3 showing and 2 non showing with times but do not see a way to now submit those requests all at the same time. It looks like I have to do it individually since I saved it for later before submitting the requests. The…

  4. As a user, I want to add more than one lockbox to a listing

    Users already have multiple ways to enter a home and some use multiple lockboxes for ease of access. ShowingTime needs to allow more than one method of access to a home.

  5. As an Agent, I'd like a Listing activity report for my listings that contains Showing Instructions, co listing and contact information.

    Hello,

    I would like to be able to print or export an excel report showing all of my listings and their associated data. Ideally this would include showingtime instructions, the co-list agents, and all contact info. Would it be possible to create this report? Please let me know. Thank you so much!

  7. As a User, I would like ShowingTime to have two way communication with Follow Up Boss

    I would like to have ShowingTime two sync with Follow Up Boss. Add contacts and syncing showings on the calendar. Also, add the activity on the deal in FUB so as agent you could easily share the activity with your seller via follow up boss report.

  9. As an Agent, I Want to See all Agent Info on the Calendar

    I was hoping the "new" showing time version would fix this issue but it didn't....
    Is there a reason that when looking at the daily calendar of showings on my listings, the showing agent's name is shown but not their contact info? That's the most important info regarding that agent and that showing at the moment and it's extra steps and time to have to click on each agent to copy their email or get their number. There's plenty of room next to the agent's name/agency for their contact info.

    Users want the search bar to accept capital or lowercase information and pull up Sanders street or sanders Street, etc.

  14. As an Agent, I'd like to allow Showings on my Listing when the status is Pending

    While defaults are set at the market level for statuses and if they are showable, agents would like to set them for their own listings as well. So if a listing is pending for example, they would still love for showings and offers

  18. As an Agent, I would like to see totals on reports

    Agents often want to know how may showings they had per month, per week or per year. They would like to know how many per buyer or of different types. This could also be very Year in review related.

    Example:

    You had 3 appointments in the last week, 23 in the last month and 109 in the last year. Of these appointments, 50 were showings, 33 were walk throughs and 4 were canceled due to inclement weather.

    Agents would like the ShowingTime app, not a third party, to record a video tour. Virtual showings and their features cover some aspects, but agents would like to host the tour directly from ShowingTime.

  20. As an admin, I want to be able to change the agent in next gen after the showing has been scheduled

    admins would like to update the requesting agent name after a showing has been scheduled. Perhaps a different team member needs to cover or take over a showing.
