As a User I dislike the Next Gen Interface and Find it Clunky
Agents feel that next gen is clunky and takes more steps to do the same actions, especially from mobile. Items such as Showing type are hidden and there is a risk that the information you have entered will be undone if you forget to select something in the correct order.

As a Next Gen User, I Need Support For Linked Profiles
Linked profiles are not yet available with Next Gen. Users are often members of more than one MLS and are looking for ways to merge profiles. For now a user will need to return to the classic experience to merge profiles.

We have a few more features to update but we are happy to report on the progress made so far. Agents can now schedule showings on any listing that is available to any of their linked profiles and can see their linked profile information in their preferences section.

Agents would like to be able to schedule a new showing on a listing that is nearby one they are looking at or viewing. The idea is that its the neighborhood and features rather than the house itself the buyer is looking for.

As a User, I Would LIke an Easier to Use ShowingCart
I miss the ShowingCart feature very much. Scheduling multiple showings for a single buyer is much clunkier than the previous version. I also find adding "other" non-listing stops and then modifying them much more difficult. I use the old ShowingCart feature with ease. This is not user friendly. For example, I have put in 5 stops, 3 showing and 2 non showing with times but do not see a way to now submit those requests all at the same time. Because google can take hours to process updates, users think that the sync is not working.

As an agent, I'd like for My Cart to be easily viewable
I started a "showing cart yesterday" where I had 2-3 showings set together for today. But today I went in and they are now all separated and I don't see a way to join them together again without adding a listing again, but then it'll duplicate.
Also, the mobile version isn't an option, it just takes you to the browser which isn't in the app. So giving the option in the app seems moot.38 votes -

As a User, I think that choosing the time should be a bigger on mobile
Mobile users would like to see all information on the top level. Choosing a time has also been requested to be near to the date and not seem hidden. The idea is that scrolling to choose it seems off to some users, and they would like it to see more natural
