As a User, I'd Like a Live Calendar view of Current Appointments to Review When Setting up Available times for my Listing
I would like to have my appointment availability for my listings (in set up) AND a second calendar right below it that is the actual LIVE calendar of appointments booked so that I don't have to go to another part of the platform and try to remember what has been booked vs what I would like to change about availability.

As a User, I think that choosing the time should be a bigger on mobile
Mobile users would like to see all information on the top level. Choosing a time has also been requested to be near to the date and not seem hidden. The idea is that scrolling to choose it seems off to some users, and they would like it to see more natural

As a user, I'd like to have the Buyers Agreement "stick" or be remembered per buyer
Agents often show several homes to the same buyer and now that we have rules in place to make sure they have an agreement in place; they are being asked each time (per appointment) to make sure that it exists.
Agents are asking for a way for our system to identify that that buyer is already attached or has agreed to it for a period (say 6 months) so they do not have have to agree each time.

As a User, I want to see my feedback in a simple manner
Users just want to see the feedback that has been submitted. they want the process to be simple. Showing the feedback first and then letting them sort, filter, or manager.

On the dashboard view when I look at the calendar, I would like to have the ability to look at yesterday or two days ago activity and not be restricted to see what happened yesterday from that calendar view

As an Agent, I Want the Link From the Notification to Take me Directly to the Property
When you send me a push sms message and ask me for feedback on the showing that I did for my buyer, and I click on the link for that house, I don't expect to be taken back to the app and have to navigate the app. I expect that the Apple open on that property and in the place where I need to put my Feedback

As an Agent, I want to see the listing details in next gen once showing is approved
I want to be able to see the listing details from the access details screen once the listing is approved/scheduled. I can see this info when searching for a house to book a showing appointment but not once it’s approved without going back in to search for it.

As an Agent, I Would Like an Address Book in Showing Cart for saved addresses
It would be great if we could have an address book in Showing Cart where we save addresses like “Home”, “Office 1”, “Office 2”, and when we “Add Other Stop” we could just pull from the address book of saved addresses and use that to quickly build a showing cart and estimate drive times, etc.

As an Agent I would like to see a Buyers Agent Co-Op Field
Hello, can you please add a field when we set up the showing instructions to include a Broker Compensation field that will show when an agent clicks on the link to schedule a showing? This would not be a violation of the NAR settlement since the link goes to an outside website and is not populated by any MLS data. You would be heroes to all agents who otherwise have to receive calls and text messages from all the showing agents wondering what the Coop commission is. PLEASE add a Co-Op commission field to the attached screenshot. Thanks!!!

I would love for the ability to view my past showings. This is extremely useful for tracking purposes, if my lead would like to see the listing again, or even just to use as a reminder of which home I saw and when. Please add this

As an Agent, I would like the MLS ID to hyperlink to the MLS detail page
I use to be able to click on the MLS number and it would take me directly to the MLS listing. That is a super handy feature! Please bring the MLS hyperlink back. Thanks! Photo attached for reference.

As a User, I Want Price Brackets on the TMA report
As per our conversation, it is evident that the program lacks effectiveness without the crucial feature of refining results through "Price Bracketing." I would like to emphasize the importance of this feature being possible to filter by price range as shown below. The program with its current limitation on price bracketing effectively renders the analysis useless. It doesn’t work as a real estate agent would need it to. Clearly this program was not designed by anyone with practical real estate sales experience.
Here are examples of suggested Price Brackets:

$3M-$4M
$4M-$5M

As an Agent, I Want a Printout of Showing Directions
Agents would like to print out showing directions. In some cases, it is for a record and in others its a backup. Having a printed copy solves issues like offline or low power.
