Users would like to add notes to the listing worksheet or advertisement information. In classic they can add showings and open house entries.

As a User, I Would Like to Select the Start and End Time for Appointments on the Same Screen.
On the app version, I love that in the old version I can specify appt times down to the 5 min mark, but think the hour and minute need to be 2 separate wheels. It would be much less tedious than having to scroll all the way from 8:00AM down to 6:00PM on one wheel. See attached for suggested set up. It could even include the day and AM/PM like this picture.

As A User, I Would Like to Customize Notifications for Confirmation vs Cancellation
Agents would like the ability to customize notification messages and content. Being able to display different messages for confirmations/declines.
Agents would like to choose notification preferences on their own listings vs other listings. They may not want notifications for confirmations on their own listings for example.
Agents would like to choose to be notified only if an request was declined for example as they may be used to confirmations being the norm

As a User, I would like the Green Feedback Popup Visible Until Clicked
When one completes the Feedback window, and takes the time to type a long comment, and clicks "Save and Submit", a green popup indicates that the feedback was sent. That green popup disappears quickly, and if one is distracted, one thinks the system malfunctioned and did NOT send the feedback. I would suggest that you change the green feedback popup, so that it does NOT disappear, UNTIL one closes it with a click. Thanks. Rick.

As an Next Gen user, I want to resize the map
Users would like to resize the map when scheduling tours. They need more screen space to see the listing info and less map in some cases and would like a taller map to see all of their listings for their tour on the page in others.

The new version is nicer in some ways, but I really hate loudly the lack of a simplified way to view your confirmed showings , the old ui is much less busy when on a phone in a car. The attached image is the current ui and it’s so much easier to read

As a User, I Want to Convert a Single Showing to A Tour
Make it where a single showing can become part of a showingcart after being requested. Clients often find other homes they want to see - and the original home that was scheduled has to be input as a random address in the showingcart to calculate drive times. If I could click on the originally requested home and it offer the option of adding additional showings/ turning it into a tour, that would be fabulous.

Agents would like to see reminders like the date of the showing and time it took place along with the price of the listing when submitting feedback.

As an Agent, I Would Like the Default View for Feedback to be the Last 7 Days
Default feedback page to show requests from last 7 days. Currently seems to default to the last time the app was opened so feedback requests since then do not appear until explicitly searched for. I’ve attached a screenshot of what would be helpful to see, (but didn’t take one to show how it is currently.)

Agents would like it if their sellers could also see a calendar view of showings. The list that they see right now is not sortable and does not provide a heads-up view of the upcoming day.

As an Agent, I think the Mobile layout is clunky
The layout feels clunky and showing request on my listings should be front and center, they are hard to find. the layout needs to be clean and concise as we are mostly working on a mobile device.
