  1. As an Agent, I Want to See All of My Listings, Owners and Occupants in a Single View

    Agents are used to the Search for Listing Page which shows basic information about their listings. Staff members can see the whole list of listings for the office, but an agent finds value in the list as well.

    In Next Gen this view does not exist yet but users would like it added.

  2. As an Agent, I think the Mobile layout is clunky

    The layout feels clunky and showing request on my listings should be front and center, they are hard to find. the layout needs to be clean and concise as we are mostly working on a mobile device.

  3. As a User, I Want the Agent's Name on the Feedback view

    Agents would like to see the buyer's agent information when reviewing feedback that has been submitted. Right now, the Buyer's agent name is in small font on the initial screen and not visible when they open the feedback in next gen.

  9. As an Agent, I Would To Have Additional Ways to Sort Feedback

    It would be helpful if i could sort my lisitng feedback by received or waiting for a response. Once feedback has been received and sent to seller I really don't need to see that again. So away to clear it from view would also work

  11. As an Agent, I Would Like ALL Offers Published for the Seller

    Agents would like to automatically publish all offers to the seller for some listings.

    In some markets, sellers are doing the work and just use an agent to list their home in the MLS for more exposure. For situations like this the agent often wants the "Behind the Scenes" work to be passed on to the seller automatically

  12. As A User, I Would Like to Customize Notifications for Confirmation vs Cancellation

    Agents would like the ability to customize notification messages and content. Being able to display different messages for confirmations/declines.

    Agents would like to choose notification preferences on their own listings vs other listings. They may not want notifications for confirmations on their own listings for example.

    Agents would like to choose to be notified only if an request was declined for example as they may be used to confirmations being the norm

  13. As an Agent, I Would Like to Receive a Notification When a Lockbox Enters an Off-Market/Non-showable Status

    When a listing changes status, agents would like to be notified if a lockbox is still attached to that listing. This would serve as part of the listing lifecycle to both notify an agent that they may be able to move the lockbox and/or to make sure any additional steps are taken care of for the lockbox/listing

  17. As an Agent, I would like to schedule on behalf of others in Next Gen

    Agents would like to enter showings on behalf of other agents. In some cases agents call or use different methods to ask for showings. The listing side would like to keep track of them in Next Gen

  19. As a User, I Want to See Listings I Save in Next Gen, Appear in the Classic View

    If I use the new generation experience and have showings in "carts" but not requested yet, they do not show up on the old experience what so ever. I don't have any upcoming showings to test and request in the next generation to see if they pop up in the old generation at this time.

  20. As a User in Next Gen, I would like to add a second email address in my profile

    Agents would like to share appointment details with their staff or assistants. In classic, they are able to add a second email to their email address field to accomplish this. They want the same feature in Next Gen
