As a User, I Want to See Listings I Save in Next Gen, Appear in the Classic View
If I use the new generation experience and have showings in "carts" but not requested yet, they do not show up on the old experience what so ever. I don't have any upcoming showings to test and request in the next generation to see if they pop up in the old generation at this time.

Agents would like to share appointment details with their staff or assistants. In classic, they are able to add a second email to their email address field to accomplish this. They want the same feature in Next Gen

Agents often ask to have a way to add inspectors or appraisers to the system. In the markets where these users are a part of the MLS, we can pull them automatically with approval. but if they are not a member we need another workaround

As a User, I Would Like to see different Colors used as I am Color blind
Some users may be colorblind and unable to see certain colors. They have requested that we stop using red, yellow, and green for example, and use other colors instead.
Ideally, a colorblind mode would also help. This request initially came for the desktop version, but could apply to the mobile app.

I would like to be able to schedule in 5 minute increments when doing a tour of multiple homes. If not there will be a lot of wasted time in between showings.

Some users who dont use ShowingTime would like to be able to request a showing from a calendar. This would give us.the ability to allow non-customers to schedule on listings in ShowingTime

Dashboard Should be customizable
You need to allow us to set up our OWN default views. The dashboard view is absolutely dreadful and to then not be able to customize the way it opens to the view I'm used to seeing sucks. I don't want to have to toggle on the dashboard to see MY showings or MY Listings. It was so much simpler before when there was a synopsis for BOTH on the same page. I want to default to seeing the AGENDA view, not the calendar view. And I really don't understand why when new "improved" websites are created the make everything…

As A User, I Think the Scheduling Screen does not show enough information
An agent has indicated that the scheduling screen was too large. They had to reduce the size to see everything. Agents want to see more of the day and dates available to schedule. They may not (and often are not) be scheduling for a few hours from now and rather are planning for later showings.
Design refers to having content "above the fold" as some users do not scroll or may not scroll.

As a User, I want to see the Unavailable times when Scheduling Appointments
A couple of comments:
The calendar, unlike the current version, doesn't show currently unavailable timeslots. Being able to see unavailable timeslots helps us focus on what times work for our clients and eliminates guess work,
The error message displayed when picking an unavailable timeslot is almost impossible to read! Please see attached screen capture.

As an Agent, The Dashboard is Confusing
It shows too much information or not enough. Overall it is as if an agent doesn't know what to do first. The appointment totals module is distracting.
