Agents would like something definitive when an appointment is confirmed. While toasts and banners are in the right direction, they can be missed. Some agents want a popup or something more "visible" to identify that things are complete.

I frequently do 20-30 previews in a week. It's quite frustrating to have ShowingTime fill up my text messages w/ request/confirmation/cancellation/etc because you use so many different phone numbers for these.
