  1. As an Agent, I Find it Difficult to Scroll on Mobile on My Listing page

    The “my listings” dashboard screen is extremely touchy. If you hold your finger down while scrolling it will select the listing. Please make that screen less touchy. Or maybe require the listing to be chosen in another way?

  2. As a User, I Would Like new Features to be Added to the Target Market Analysis Report

    1. Rotate the text on the X-Axis of the chart to allow more steps and a wider range.
    2. Allow $100k to $2M (or higher) with $100k steps. 3.Expand to two PDF Pages if needed.
    3. Show column totals at the bottom of the table.
    4. Allow data to be exported to a CSV file with all available fields (using the search criteria). (City, County, Property Type, Price Range, Total Showings, etc.). This will allow custom charts to be generated using Excel.

  3. As an Agent, I would like to sort the acitivies on the Listing activity report.

    I am a member of the advisory board so I will also send this to my contact. I started using the new version however when I pick one of my listings and look at the activity, the times are out of order instead of being in chronological order as they were in the old version. This is very inconvenient and frustrating. If there is a way to change this on my end, I haven't figured it out.

  5. As an Agent, I Need to See My Confirmed Showings Clearly

    The new version is nicer in some ways, but I really hate loudly the lack of a simplified way to view your confirmed showings , the old ui is much less busy when on a phone in a car. The attached image is the current ui and it’s so much easier to read

  8. As a User, I Want to Convert a Single Showing to A Tour

    Make it where a single showing can become part of a showingcart after being requested. Clients often find other homes they want to see - and the original home that was scheduled has to be input as a random address in the showingcart to calculate drive times. If I could click on the originally requested home and it offer the option of adding additional showings/ turning it into a tour, that would be fabulous.

  9. As an Agent, I think the Mobile layout is clunky

    The layout feels clunky and showing request on my listings should be front and center, they are hard to find. the layout needs to be clean and concise as we are mostly working on a mobile device.

  12. As an Agent, I Do Not Like that the List of Properties Change order as I select time

    Every time you try to input the times for the showings, it keeps rerouting the list, which throws off the timelines that you’re trying to construct.

  15. As a User, I Would Like to Select the Start and End Time for Appointments on the Same Screen.

    On the app version, I love that in the old version I can specify appt times down to the 5 min mark, but think the hour and minute need to be 2 separate wheels. It would be much less tedious than having to scroll all the way from 8:00AM down to 6:00PM on one wheel. See attached for suggested set up. It could even include the day and AM/PM like this picture.

  16. As A User, I Would Like to Customize Notifications for Confirmation vs Cancellation

    Agents would like the ability to customize notification messages and content. Being able to display different messages for confirmations/declines.

    Agents would like to choose notification preferences on their own listings vs other listings. They may not want notifications for confirmations on their own listings for example.

    Agents would like to choose to be notified only if an request was declined for example as they may be used to confirmations being the norm

  17. As a User, I would like the Green Feedback Popup Visible Until Clicked

    When one completes the Feedback window, and takes the time to type a long comment, and clicks "Save and Submit", a green popup indicates that the feedback was sent. That green popup disappears quickly, and if one is distracted, one thinks the system malfunctioned and did NOT send the feedback. I would suggest that you change the green feedback popup, so that it does NOT disappear, UNTIL one closes it with a click. Thanks. Rick.

  19. As an Next Gen user, I want to resize the map

    Users would like to resize the map when scheduling tours. They need more screen space to see the listing info and less map in some cases and would like a taller map to see all of their listings for their tour on the page in others.
