    Agents would like it if their sellers could also see a calendar view of showings. The list that they see right now is not sortable and does not provide a heads-up view of the upcoming day.

  5. As an Agent, I Would Like the Default View for Feedback to be the Last 7 Days

    Default feedback page to show requests from last 7 days. Currently seems to default to the last time the app was opened so feedback requests since then do not appear until explicitly searched for. I’ve attached a screenshot of what would be helpful to see, (but didn’t take one to show how it is currently.)

  6. As an Agent, I think the Mobile layout is clunky

    The layout feels clunky and showing request on my listings should be front and center, they are hard to find. the layout needs to be clean and concise as we are mostly working on a mobile device.

  7. As an Agent, I Would Like to Copy Agent Contact Information

    Under feedback Ability to copy the email and phone number of the showing agent so I can easily paste into my CRM. Currently it opens a link to call via computer or sets up a send email.

  9. As an Agent, I Would like To See the Access Notes and Alarm Location Always Expanded

    Have the Access Notes and Location on the page, not a drop down. Too many clicks currently. There is more than enough blank space on the page to have several lines of notes, at least, without having to drop down for more info.

  10. As a User, I'd Like to See an Easy, Compact view of My Showings, To Quickly Reference Listing Details

    The old app had an easy to view summary of all your showings to quickly reference price, beds, and baths and the new app is too compact in the calendar view so you have to click into each one to get more details

  12. As an Agent, I Want to See All of My Listings, Owners and Occupants in a Single View

    Agents are used to the Search for Listing Page which shows basic information about their listings. Staff members can see the whole list of listings for the office, but an agent finds value in the list as well.

    In Next Gen this view does not exist yet but users would like it added.

  13. As a User, I Want the Agent's Name on the Feedback view

    Agents would like to see the buyer's agent information when reviewing feedback that has been submitted. Right now, the Buyer's agent name is in small font on the initial screen and not visible when they open the feedback in next gen.

  18. As an Agent, I Would Like ALL Offers Published for the Seller

    Agents would like to automatically publish all offers to the seller for some listings.

    In some markets, sellers are doing the work and just use an agent to list their home in the MLS for more exposure. For situations like this the agent often wants the "Behind the Scenes" work to be passed on to the seller automatically

  19. As an Agent, I Would Like to Receive a Notification When a Lockbox Enters an Off-Market/Non-showable Status

    When a listing changes status, agents would like to be notified if a lockbox is still attached to that listing. This would serve as part of the listing lifecycle to both notify an agent that they may be able to move the lockbox and/or to make sure any additional steps are taken care of for the lockbox/listing
