As an agent, in NextGen I would like the All Agents from my Firm option when using the Send Notification Feature
In NextGen the all agents from my firm option is not there when using the send notification feature. Only options are to send to agents who have shown the property and all listing contacts, compared to classic they can send to all agents in their firm.

As an Agent, I'd like a Listing activity report for my listings that contains Showing Instructions, co listing and contact information.
Hello,
I would like to be able to print or export an excel report showing all of my listings and their associated data. Ideally this would include showingtime instructions, the co-list agents, and all contact info. Would it be possible to create this report? Please let me know. Thank you so much!

As a user, I want to add more than one lockbox to a listing
Users already have multiple ways to enter a home and some use multiple lockboxes for ease of access. ShowingTime needs to allow more than one method of access to a home.

As a User, I want to add activity to the Next Gen Listing Activity Report
Users would like a way to manually confirm showings for properties that don't use ShowingTime for requests. That way they can make the tour and it be noted that the time was confirmed. A place to add a note about access instructions would be necessary as well.

As an Agent, I Want to See all Agent Info on the Calendar
I was hoping the "new" showing time version would fix this issue but it didn't....
Is there a reason that when looking at the daily calendar of showings on my listings, the showing agent's name is shown but not their contact info? That's the most important info regarding that agent and that showing at the moment and it's extra steps and time to have to click on each agent to copy their email or get their number. There's plenty of room next to the agent's name/agency for their contact info.11 votes -
Agenda behavior / Showing time / type behavior
Here are my suggestions for creating an agenda for a buyer tour
1. Allow "Save for Later" without times assigned. Many times we don't know exactly what time our tours will be but we have a list of homes we are building for a tour.Automatically "Save For Later" (background) when adding a listing to a tour / agenda. I have experienced the system automatically logging me out only to have to rebuild an entire tour worth of homes. This goes with item number 1.

Proposed Feature Details
Dedicated Notes/Reminders/Tasks Section:
Add a clickable section in the highlighted area (currently an empty space to the right of the showing list) where users can add notes, reminders, and tasks for the listing.
When clicked, this section should trigger a pop-up window to provide ample space for typing detailed notes or setting reminders/tasks.
Pop-Up Functionality:
The pop-up should include fields for:
Notes: Free-text area for general comments or observations (e.g., "Buyer mentioned interest in the backyard space").
Reminders: Option to set a date/time for follow-ups (e.g., "Follow up with Nicole Ellison on 3/15").

Custom rules notes
In listing setup -> custom rules -> make it possible to see the notes made for the rule name by hovering over the text spot on both the calendar and left hand rule tile. (I am dealing with tenants right now and need to know which one I input for being home but may or may not be flexible at certain times.)
