How can we improve ShowingTime?

As an Agent, I want to be informed about the SMS opt-in process whn calling in Showing Instructions

Agents that use the ShowingTime Appointment Center would like to be reminded or informed of the SMS opt-in process. This action will reduce missed appointments by giving agents a heads up.
