I would like to be able to print or export an excel report showing all of my listings and their associated data. Ideally this would include showingtime instructions, the co-list agents, and all contact info. Would it be possible to create this report? Please let me know. Thank you so much!

As a User, I Would Like new Features to be Added to the Target Market Analysis Report
- Rotate the text on the X-Axis of the chart to allow more steps and a wider range.
- Allow $100k to $2M (or higher) with $100k steps. 3.Expand to two PDF Pages if needed.
- Show column totals at the bottom of the table.
- Allow data to be exported to a CSV file with all available fields (using the search criteria). (City, County, Property Type, Price Range, Total Showings, etc.). This will allow custom charts to be generated using Excel.

As a User, I Want Price Brackets on the TMA report
As per our conversation, it is evident that the program lacks effectiveness without the crucial feature of refining results through "Price Bracketing." I would like to emphasize the importance of this feature being possible to filter by price range as shown below. The program with its current limitation on price bracketing effectively renders the analysis useless. It doesn’t work as a real estate agent would need it to. Clearly this program was not designed by anyone with practical real estate sales experience.
Here are examples of suggested Price Brackets:
$1M-$2M
$2M-$3M
$3M-$4M
$4M-$5M
$5M-$6M
$6M-$7M
$7M-$8M
$8M-$9M
$9M-$10M
$10M-$15M
$15M-$20M

As an Agent, I would like to see totals on reports
Agents often want to know how may showings they had per month, per week or per year. They would like to know how many per buyer or of different types. This could also be very Year in review related.
Example:
You had 3 appointments in the last week, 23 in the last month and 109 in the last year. Of these appointments, 50 were showings, 33 were walk throughs and 4 were canceled due to inclement weather.

As an agent, I was the TMA to separate single family homes from town homes and condos
Can you PLEASE fix the target market analysis section and allow separating single family from town homes and condos? It's useless in areas with blended property types

As an agent, I do not want other agents to be able to see what properties I have shown through the Next Gen TMA, I want to opt out
agent wants to opt out of TMA report results (per NextGen version that shows buyer agent contact info); does not like other agents contacting them about their showing activity

As an agent, I find the Classic TMA report more useful than the Next Gen TMA report
The agent is not satisfied with the Target market analysis report in the NextGen version. She wants for the starting price in the range to go higher than 1mil $, for there to be a "auto" option for price increments like in the older version and for there to be a note that there need to be at least 3 listings inside of a price range for it to display data. She also suggested to introduce the agent's names and information to the older version of the system, as that version of the report still provides better filters for searched…
