As a Next Gen User, I Need Support For Linked Profiles
Linked profiles are not yet available with Next Gen. Users are often members of more than one MLS and are looking for ways to merge profiles. For now a user will need to return to the classic experience to merge profiles.

We have a few more features to update but we are happy to report on the progress made so far. Agents can now schedule showings on any listing that is available to any of their linked profiles and can see their linked profile information in their preferences section.

As a User, I would like to Copy Instructions to Incomplete listings
Allow 'copy to' to add instructions to incomplete listings..
Copy to Inclomplete listings.When Setting up a new profile for an incomplete listing that will be relaunched it would be nice to be able to use 'copy to' . Right now incomplete listings don't come up as an option when seraching for a listing to copy to.

Users would like to edit their feedback forms in Next Gen. They would also like Feedback overview and controls in Next Gen. Being able to see all the feedback for a single property.

As a User, I Want the Entry Window for Feedback to Float So the Keyboard Does Not Get in the Way
Users would like the feedback entry window to float. The main issue was the keyboard on the phone takes up the lower half and the header was stationary and took up the upper half.

As a user, I am frustrated with the Google sync delay
Because google can take hours to process updates, users think that the sync is not working.
However, Google Sync is outside of ShowingTime's control. Updates may take minutes or hours at the discretion of Google and not ShowingTime.4 votes -

As an agent, I want to see the municipality and neighborhood details on the listing page in next gen
Agents would like us to add municipality and neighborhood to the listing details page. We could expand on this idea a bit since there may be other fields an MLS provides that they would like to be shown.

As an Agent, I Dislike that some Menus Like duration or appointment type are hidden
When scheduling appointments, agents would like the preferences and options to be visible for easy selection without having to go into a menu.

As a User, I think that choosing the time should be a bigger on mobile
Mobile users would like to see all information on the top level. Choosing a time has also been requested to be near to the date and not seem hidden. The idea is that scrolling to choose it seems off to some users, and they would like it to see more natural

As a user, I'd like to have the Buyers Agreement "stick" or be remembered per buyer
Agents often show several homes to the same buyer and now that we have rules in place to make sure they have an agreement in place; they are being asked each time (per appointment) to make sure that it exists.
Agents are asking for a way for our system to identify that that buyer is already attached or has agreed to it for a period (say 6 months) so they do not have have to agree each time.

As a User, I want to see my feedback in a simple manner
Users just want to see the feedback that has been submitted. they want the process to be simple. Showing the feedback first and then letting them sort, filter, or manager.

As an Agent, I Would Like to Customize the Listing Activity Report Print out
In the old version. When you go to print. (Which should be a little more transparent on all pages) You had many options as to what style of print. Agents info, Clients version. With pictures, without. I may be missing it but I am not seeing this option anywhere. Thank you.

On the dashboard view when I look at the calendar, I would like to have the ability to look at yesterday or two days ago activity and not be restricted to see what happened yesterday from that calendar view

As an Agent, I Want the Link From the Notification to Take me Directly to the Property
When you send me a push sms message and ask me for feedback on the showing that I did for my buyer, and I click on the link for that house, I don't expect to be taken back to the app and have to navigate the app. I expect that the Apple open on that property and in the place where I need to put my Feedback
