Proposed Feature Details
Dedicated Notes/Reminders/Tasks Section:
Add a clickable section in the highlighted area (currently an empty space to the right of the showing list) where users can add notes, reminders, and tasks for the listing.
When clicked, this section should trigger a pop-up window to provide ample space for typing detailed notes or setting reminders/tasks.
Pop-Up Functionality:
The pop-up should include fields for:
Notes: Free-text area for general comments or observations (e.g., "Buyer mentioned interest in the backyard space").
Reminders: Option to set a date/time for follow-ups (e.g., "Follow up with Nicole Ellison on 3/15").

Agents would like the ShowingTime app, not a third party, to record a video tour. Virtual showings and their features cover some aspects, but agents would like to host the tour directly from ShowingTime.

Custom rules notes
In listing setup -> custom rules -> make it possible to see the notes made for the rule name by hovering over the text spot on both the calendar and left hand rule tile. (I am dealing with tenants right now and need to know which one I input for being home but may or may not be flexible at certain times.)

A report to send weekly / daily to clients that just shows everything they need to know but leave off all the agent showings.

As an Agent, I would like to see totals on reports
Agents often want to know how may showings they had per month, per week or per year. They would like to know how many per buyer or of different types. This could also be very Year in review related.
Example:
You had 3 appointments in the last week, 23 in the last month and 109 in the last year. Of these appointments, 50 were showings, 33 were walk throughs and 4 were canceled due to inclement weather.

As an admin, I want to be able to change the agent in next gen after the showing has been scheduled
admins would like to update the requesting agent name after a showing has been scheduled. Perhaps a different team member needs to cover or take over a showing.

As a listing agent, I think that My Listings should be the default choice when i select the listings tab
On the Listing tab move the default to My Listings versus Listings. It is frustrating to have to click on the My Listings tab every time I want to look at my listings.

As a User, Once I Select My Time, I Do Not Want to Reselect It if I Change the Type of Showing
Once a user selects the time for a showing in Next Gen. It is not saved if they change the type of showing for example. So if they select a time frame of 1-3pm and then want to mark the showing as an inspection, when the select the new appointment type, the time is unset.

While defaults are set at the market level for statuses and if they are showable, agents would like to set them for their own listings as well. So if a listing is pending for example, they would still love for showings and offers
