As a User, I Would LIke an Easier to Use ShowingCart
I miss the ShowingCart feature very much. Scheduling multiple showings for a single buyer is much clunkier than the previous version. I also find adding "other" non-listing stops and then modifying them much more difficult. I use the old ShowingCart feature with ease. This is not user friendly. For example, I have put in 5 stops, 3 showing and 2 non showing with times but do not see a way to now submit those requests all at the same time. Agents would like to opt-in to SMS messages easier. Other notifications can be used to provide more detail on the steps involved.

As an agent, I would like to have templates when using the send notification feature
When sending a mass email agents would like to have a template option similar to feedback. This will allow them to click on past ones they use to save time and will help maintain consistency across communications.

As an Agent, I'd like a Listing activity report for my listings that contains Showing Instructions, co listing and contact information.

I would like to be able to print or export an excel report showing all of my listings and their associated data. Ideally this would include showingtime instructions, the co-list agents, and all contact info. Would it be possible to create this report? Please let me know. Thank you so much!

Security Measures for Open Houses
Suggestion: Open House appointment. Security measure for Agent showing home.
Capture feedback from unrepresented buyers logged during the open house.
Allow for other showing agents to send their clients to a listing to preview and ascertain I’d it is a viable home before scheduling an appointment for the same.
Timing: should allow for appointments to be scheduled regardless; however, be highlighted green color for agents to see when scheduling on the app.
Allows the sellers to see the work listing agents do to sell the property.

As an agent, I want to send the listing activity report automatically weekly
Would like to be able to send sellers their weekly showing reports like we used to be able to do on the original version. Agents want to be able to schedule the owners version of the Listing Activity report (LAR) to be sent automatically

As an agent, in NextGen I would like the All Agents from my Firm option when using the Send Notification Feature
In NextGen the all agents from my firm option is not there when using the send notification feature. Only options are to send to agents who have shown the property and all listing contacts, compared to classic they can send to all agents in their firm.

As a User, I want to add activity to the Next Gen Listing Activity Report
Users would like a way to manually confirm showings for properties that don't use ShowingTime for requests. That way they can make the tour and it be noted that the time was confirmed. A place to add a note about access instructions would be necessary as well.

As an Agent, I Want to See all Agent Info on the Calendar
I was hoping the "new" showing time version would fix this issue but it didn't....
Is there a reason that when looking at the daily calendar of showings on my listings, the showing agent's name is shown but not their contact info? That's the most important info regarding that agent and that showing at the moment and it's extra steps and time to have to click on each agent to copy their email or get their number. There's plenty of room next to the agent's name/agency for their contact info.13 votes -
Agenda behavior / Showing time / type behavior
Here are my suggestions for creating an agenda for a buyer tour
1. Allow "Save for Later" without times assigned. Many times we don't know exactly what time our tours will be but we have a list of homes we are building for a tour.Automatically "Save For Later" (background) when adding a listing to a tour / agenda. I have experienced the system automatically logging me out only to have to rebuild an entire tour worth of homes. This goes with item number 1.

As a User, I Would lIke Driving Directions to be linked to appointments in the app.
Driving directions. I liked old feature where you have your tour. You click on property it drive navigation to property prompt when done and take you to the next property

As a listing agent, I think that the feedback for my listings should be the default tab in the feedback section
On the Feedback tab I would suggest moving the MY LISTINGS tab to the default versus LISTINGS.
