  6. As a user, I would like to be emailed with a prompt to opt into texts & instructions on opting in automatically, if I am opted out of texts

    Customer suggested that email should be automatically and immediately sent to customers that need to opt in via text along with instructions how to do that.

    When sending a mass email agents would like to have a template option similar to feedback. This will allow them to click on past ones they use to save time and will help maintain consistency across communications.

  12. As a User, I want to add activity to the Next Gen Listing Activity Report

    Users would like a way to manually confirm showings for properties that don't use ShowingTime for requests. That way they can make the tour and it be noted that the time was confirmed. A place to add a note about access instructions would be necessary as well.

  13. As a listing agent, I think that the feedback for my listings should be the default tab in the feedback section

    On the Feedback tab I would suggest moving the MY LISTINGS tab to the default versus LISTINGS.

    Proposed Feature Details
    Dedicated Notes/Reminders/Tasks Section:
    Add a clickable section in the highlighted area (currently an empty space to the right of the showing list) where users can add notes, reminders, and tasks for the listing.
    When clicked, this section should trigger a pop-up window to provide ample space for typing detailed notes or setting reminders/tasks.
    Pop-Up Functionality:
    The pop-up should include fields for:
    Notes: Free-text area for general comments or observations (e.g., "Buyer mentioned interest in the backyard space").
    Reminders: Option to set a date/time for follow-ups (e.g., "Follow up with Nicole Ellison on 3/15").

  18. As a User, Once I Select My Time, I Do Not Want to Reselect It if I Change the Type of Showing

    Once a user selects the time for a showing in Next Gen. It is not saved if they change the type of showing for example. So if they select a time frame of 1-3pm and then want to mark the showing as an inspection, when the select the new appointment type, the time is unset.

  20. As a User, I would like to Copy Instructions to Incomplete listings

    Allow 'copy to' to add instructions to incomplete listings..
    Copy to Inclomplete listings.

    When Setting up a new profile for an incomplete listing that will be relaunched it would be nice to be able to use 'copy to' . Right now incomplete listings don't come up as an option when seraching for a listing to copy to.
