As an Agent, I Would Like ALL Offers Published for the Seller
Agents would like to automatically publish all offers to the seller for some listings.
In some markets, sellers are doing the work and just use an agent to list their home in the MLS for more exposure. For situations like this the agent often wants the "Behind the Scenes" work to be passed on to the seller automatically

As a User, I Want to See Listings I Save in Next Gen, Appear in the Classic View
If I use the new generation experience and have showings in "carts" but not requested yet, they do not show up on the old experience what so ever. I don't have any upcoming showings to test and request in the next generation to see if they pop up in the old generation at this time.

As an agent, I want appointments that have been in requested status for 48 hours to be automatically deleted/cancelled
If a showing stays in requested mode and was not confirmed, it should not send a feedback form email. Appointments that stay in requested status after 48 hours with no response from listing agent should be automatically canceled.

Agent suggested that all agent inquiries should be sent out to the inbox, instead of the agent needing to login to each profile individually

As an agent, the listing in search in next gen is worse, I want it to work like Classic
Agent is not satisfied with the NextGen app, says it's not Android friendly. He prefers the way the listings populated even without typing out the entire address (the way it's on the old app) and that on the dashboard it shows him a calendar with only his past showings, not the upcoming ones.

As an agent, it is not intuitive to change the showing type for an appointment
Please fix the "new" app
The old app was far more useful
The new app has the following immediate issues
1.
much more difficult to schedule
2.
No times before 9am...as appraisers we commonly go BEFORE 9am , we like to schedule 8:30 am appts every day of the week....and were able to using the old app but not on the new app
3.
Make it easier to select what type of showing, changing the type of showing is not easy or intuitive
4.

As an agent, I was the TMA to separate single family homes from town homes and condos
Can you PLEASE fix the target market analysis section and allow separating single family from town homes and condos? It's useless in areas with blended property types

As an agent, I don't understand how to clear action items in next gen and it is frustrating
Please remove all of my action items or provide directions on how to do so. These unscheduled appointements are still here as a a failed attempt to schedule in next generation but now can't figure out how to delete them. Should be able to select all and delete.

As an agent, I would like to easily publish feedback to my sellers in Next Gen
add way to publish feedback to sellers easily to Next Gen; agent could not figure out how to do it, and it was easier to just go back to Classic to publish it from the listing activity report (which I did as a courtesy)

As an agent, I do not want other agents to be able to see what properties I have shown through the Next Gen TMA, I want to opt out
agent wants to opt out of TMA report results (per NextGen version that shows buyer agent contact info); does not like other agents contacting them about their showing activity
