  1. As an Agent, I want to see the listing details in next gen once showing is approved

    I want to be able to see the listing details from the access details screen once the listing is approved/scheduled. I can see this info when searching for a house to book a showing appointment but not once it’s approved without going back in to search for it.

  5. As an Inspector, I Would Like to Request Appointents of up to 8 Hours in Length

    As a home inspector and affiliate member, our appointments often last longer than four hours. This forces us to have to call into ShowingTime to request an appointment rather than being able to use the app. It would be nice if we could request showings that are up to eight hours so that we can do inspections of all sizes

  7. As A User, I Think the Scheduling Screen does not show enough information

    An agent has indicated that the scheduling screen was too large. They had to reduce the size to see everything. Agents want to see more of the day and dates available to schedule. They may not (and often are not) be scheduling for a few hours from now and rather are planning for later showings.

    Design refers to having content "above the fold" as some users do not scroll or may not scroll.

  9. As an Agent, I'd like a Listing activity report for my listings that contains Showing Instructions, co listing and contact information.

    Hello,

    I would like to be able to print or export an excel report showing all of my listings and their associated data. Ideally this would include showingtime instructions, the co-list agents, and all contact info. Would it be possible to create this report? Please let me know. Thank you so much!

  11. As an Agent, I Would Like to Add Comments About a Listing I Am Scheduling On

    The houses are missing a section to write comments for ourselves. Only comments to the listing agent are available. I like to add comments for myself as I was able to do on the previous version.

  12. As a User, I Would Like new Features to be Added to the Target Market Analysis Report

    1. Rotate the text on the X-Axis of the chart to allow more steps and a wider range.
    2. Allow $100k to $2M (or higher) with $100k steps. 3.Expand to two PDF Pages if needed.
    3. Show column totals at the bottom of the table.
    4. Allow data to be exported to a CSV file with all available fields (using the search criteria). (City, County, Property Type, Price Range, Total Showings, etc.). This will allow custom charts to be generated using Excel.

  13. As A User, I Would Like to Customize Notifications for Confirmation vs Cancellation

    Agents would like the ability to customize notification messages and content. Being able to display different messages for confirmations/declines.

    Agents would like to choose notification preferences on their own listings vs other listings. They may not want notifications for confirmations on their own listings for example.

    Agents would like to choose to be notified only if an request was declined for example as they may be used to confirmations being the norm

    Users express a need to have additional showing durations. For instance 20 Minutes.

    Other ideas for Classic pointed at having the entire 5-minute range available. Example:

  17. As a User, I would like ShowingTime to have two way communication with Follow Up Boss

    I would like to have ShowingTime two sync with Follow Up Boss. Add contacts and syncing showings on the calendar. Also, add the activity on the deal in FUB so as agent you could easily share the activity with your seller via follow up boss report.

  20. As an Agent, I Would Like the Buyers Agreement Reminder to appear less frequently

    Is it possible to get rid of the notification about buyers agreements. I understand reading it once but to have it pop up everytime is quite annoying.
