As an Agent, I Want to Mark Appointments that Did Not Show
Mark appointments as no show. I am going through my showing history now and I see that I had 6 appointments confirmed, but when I look at my supra lockbox history only 2 of those appointments actually showed. I wish there was a way to go back and mark these appointments as no-show. Theres no way for me to go back and cancel these appointments that happened in the past

The houses are missing a section to write comments for ourselves. Only comments to the listing agent are available. I like to add comments for myself as I was able to do on the previous version.

As an Inspector, I Would Like to Request Appointents of up to 8 Hours in Length
As a home inspector and affiliate member, our appointments often last longer than four hours. This forces us to have to call into ShowingTime to request an appointment rather than being able to use the app. It would be nice if we could request showings that are up to eight hours so that we can do inspections of all sizes

As a new user, I need help setting up my listings
Agents enter listings into the MLS/Board/Association and need assistance setting them up in ShowingTime. This could be a walk thru of the necessary fields, or a short video.

It would be helpful if i could sort my lisitng feedback by received or waiting for a response. Once feedback has been received and sent to seller I really don't need to see that again. So away to clear it from view would also work

As an Agent, I Find it Difficult to Scroll on Mobile on My Listing page
The “my listings” dashboard screen is extremely touchy. If you hold your finger down while scrolling it will select the listing. Please make that screen less touchy. Or maybe require the listing to be chosen in another way?

As a User, I Would Like new Features to be Added to the Target Market Analysis Report
- Rotate the text on the X-Axis of the chart to allow more steps and a wider range.
- Allow $100k to $2M (or higher) with $100k steps. 3.Expand to two PDF Pages if needed.
- Show column totals at the bottom of the table.
- Allow data to be exported to a CSV file with all available fields (using the search criteria). (City, County, Property Type, Price Range, Total Showings, etc.). This will allow custom charts to be generated using Excel.

As an Agent, I would like to sort the acitivies on the Listing activity report.
I am a member of the advisory board so I will also send this to my contact. I started using the new version however when I pick one of my listings and look at the activity, the times are out of order instead of being in chronological order as they were in the old version. This is very inconvenient and frustrating. If there is a way to change this on my end, I haven't figured it out.

As a User, I Would Like to See the Unit Number on all Notifications and in the Mobile App
Agents would like full listing address especially the unit number to be present in notifications and in the mobile app. One property may have different units that are being shown.
Currently, the full address and unit number show on the desktop, but not in the mobile app or in all notifications.

As a User, I Think, ShowingTime Messenger should be Native to Next Gen
Users would like to see a back button, close button and other native features that are currently unavailable because messenger is framed in.

As an Agent, I Need to See My Confirmed Showings Clearly
The new version is nicer in some ways, but I really hate loudly the lack of a simplified way to view your confirmed showings , the old ui is much less busy when on a phone in a car. The attached image is the current ui and it’s so much easier to read
