How can we improve ShowingTime?

I'd like Administrative, Staff and/or Manager functions in Next Gen

Agents would like to access staff and manager functions in Next Gen. Being able to set up defaults, manage branding, etc. Overall Administrative functions to help run the office, check in on agents, run office level reports
