  1. As an Agent, I am Confused When I Don't see an Appointment Confirmation pop-up

    Agents would like something definitive when an appointment is confirmed. While toasts and banners are in the right direction, they can be missed. Some agents want a popup or something more "visible" to identify that things are complete.

  2. As an Agent, I am Confused Because I Do not See the Submit Button

    When scheduling an agent could be confused because they cannot see the submit button. There is nothing obvious that tells them to scroll down to submit.

  3. Agenda behavior / Showing time / type behavior

    Here are my suggestions for creating an agenda for a buyer tour
    1. Allow "Save for Later" without times assigned. Many times we don't know exactly what time our tours will be but we have a list of homes we are building for a tour.

    1. Automatically "Save For Later" (background) when adding a listing to a tour / agenda. I have experienced the system automatically logging me out only to have to rebuild an entire tour worth of homes. This goes with item number 1.

    2. Allow for modifying appointment type without having to open the appointment. This control would be…

  4. As an, agent I would like a showings tab displaying all rescheduled appts

    As an agent I would like a section where I can see all my rescheduled appointments listed that were canceled to make it easier to view. Just how confirmed/canceled appointments are

  5. Custom rules notes

    In listing setup -> custom rules -> make it possible to see the notes made for the rule name by hovering over the text spot on both the calendar and left hand rule tile. (I am dealing with tenants right now and need to know which one I input for being home but may or may not be flexible at certain times.)

  6. As a User, I want to add activity to the Next Gen Listing Activity Report

    Users would like a way to manually confirm showings for properties that don't use ShowingTime for requests. That way they can make the tour and it be noted that the time was confirmed. A place to add a note about access instructions would be necessary as well.

  7. As a listing agent, I think that the feedback for my listings should be the default tab in the feedback section

    On the Feedback tab I would suggest moving the MY LISTINGS tab to the default versus LISTINGS.

  8. As a listing agent, I think that My Listings should be the default choice when i select the listings tab

    On the Listing tab move the default to My Listings versus Listings. It is frustrating to have to click on the My Listings tab every time I want to look at my listings.

  9. As an Agent, I'd like to allow Showings on my Listing when the status is Pending

    While defaults are set at the market level for statuses and if they are showable, agents would like to set them for their own listings as well. So if a listing is pending for example, they would still love for showings and offers

  12. As an Agent, I want to be informed about the SMS opt-in process whn calling in Showing Instructions

    Agents that use the ShowingTime Appointment Center would like to be reminded or informed of the SMS opt-in process. This action will reduce missed appointments by giving agents a heads up.

    Agents would like us to add municipality and neighborhood to the listing details page. We could expand on this idea a bit since there may be other fields an MLS provides that they would like to be shown.

  14. As a user, I'd like to have the Buyers Agreement "stick" or be remembered per buyer

    Agents often show several homes to the same buyer and now that we have rules in place to make sure they have an agreement in place; they are being asked each time (per appointment) to make sure that it exists.

    Agents are asking for a way for our system to identify that that buyer is already attached or has agreed to it for a period (say 6 months) so they do not have have to agree each time.

  16. As an Agent, I would like to sort the acitivies on the Listing activity report.

    I am a member of the advisory board so I will also send this to my contact. I started using the new version however when I pick one of my listings and look at the activity, the times are out of order instead of being in chronological order as they were in the old version. This is very inconvenient and frustrating. If there is a way to change this on my end, I haven't figured it out.

  19. As a User, I would like the Green Feedback Popup Visible Until Clicked

    When one completes the Feedback window, and takes the time to type a long comment, and clicks "Save and Submit", a green popup indicates that the feedback was sent. That green popup disappears quickly, and if one is distracted, one thinks the system malfunctioned and did NOT send the feedback. I would suggest that you change the green feedback popup, so that it does NOT disappear, UNTIL one closes it with a click. Thanks. Rick.

  20. As an Next Gen user, I want to resize the map

    Users would like to resize the map when scheduling tours. They need more screen space to see the listing info and less map in some cases and would like a taller map to see all of their listings for their tour on the page in others.
