Buyers agent would like an easier way to see the listing agent info when in the process of scheduling appointments.

As an Agent, I Would Like the Default View for Feedback to be the Last 7 Days
Default feedback page to show requests from last 7 days. Currently seems to default to the last time the app was opened so feedback requests since then do not appear until explicitly searched for. I’ve attached a screenshot of what would be helpful to see, (but didn’t take one to show how it is currently.)

As an Agent, I Would Like 15 minute increments for default showing times.
Need 15 or 30 min increments on default showing times for listings as well as the ability to select a range of dates for custom rules.

As a User, I want to Add Listing Rules for a date range.
When setting up showing instructions, sellers like to restrict certain times (example, no showings before 10 am or after 7 pm) Please add the feature that allows us to make a date range. As it is now (desktop version for sure) We have to click on each day 1 by 1. There’s no way to choose a range.

As an Agent, I Would like To See the Access Notes and Alarm Location Always Expanded
Have the Access Notes and Location on the page, not a drop down. Too many clicks currently. There is more than enough blank space on the page to have several lines of notes, at least, without having to drop down for more info.

As a User, I Want the Agent's Name on the Feedback view
Agents would like to see the buyer's agent information when reviewing feedback that has been submitted. Right now, the Buyer's agent name is in small font on the initial screen and not visible when they open the feedback in next gen.

I would prefer to be able to see the map view in a smaller widow and the availablity at the same time.

Agents do not want others to scroll back in history to display past dates or times.

As an Agent, I Would Like to Receive a Notification When a Lockbox Enters an Off-Market/Non-showable Status
When a listing changes status, agents would like to be notified if a lockbox is still attached to that listing. This would serve as part of the listing lifecycle to both notify an agent that they may be able to move the lockbox and/or to make sure any additional steps are taken care of for the lockbox/listing

Next Gen - As an Agent, I would Like to be able text an Agent from the kebab menus
Currently, agents can email or call agents from the kebab menus. The only information shown is to call or email, However, Agents would like to send an SMS

As a User, I Would Like to see different Colors used as I am Color blind
Some users may be colorblind and unable to see certain colors. They have requested that we stop using red, yellow, and green for example, and use other colors instead.
Ideally, a colorblind mode would also help. This request initially came for the desktop version, but could apply to the mobile app.

As a User, I Want to Schedule in 5 Minute Increments
I would like to be able to schedule in 5 minute increments when doing a tour of multiple homes. If not there will be a lot of wasted time in between showings.

As a Non-ShowingTime User, I would like to request Showings via a Website
Some users who dont use ShowingTime would like to be able to request a showing from a calendar. This would give us.the ability to allow non-customers to schedule on listings in ShowingTime

As a Next Gen User, I Would Like to Manually Add Inspectors /Appraisers
Agents often ask to have a way to add inspectors or appraisers to the system. In the markets where these users are a part of the MLS, we can pull them automatically with approval. but if they are not a member we need another workaround

Dashboard Should be customizable
You need to allow us to set up our OWN default views. The dashboard view is absolutely dreadful and to then not be able to customize the way it opens to the view I'm used to seeing sucks. I don't want to have to toggle on the dashboard to see MY showings or MY Listings. It was so much simpler before when there was a synopsis for BOTH on the same page. I want to default to seeing the AGENDA view, not the calendar view. And I really don't understand why when new "improved" websites are created the make everything…

As a User, I want to see the Unavailable times when Scheduling Appointments
A couple of comments:
The calendar, unlike the current version, doesn't show currently unavailable timeslots. Being able to see unavailable timeslots helps us focus on what times work for our clients and eliminates guess work,
The error message displayed when picking an unavailable timeslot is almost impossible to read! Please see attached screen capture.
