  1. As a User I dislike the Next Gen Interface and Find it Clunky

    Agents feel that next gen is clunky and takes more steps to do the same actions, especially from mobile. Items such as Showing type are hidden and there is a risk that the information you have entered will be undone if you forget to select something in the correct order.

  2. As a Next Gen User, I Need Support For Linked Profiles

    Linked profiles are not yet available with Next Gen. Users are often members of more than one MLS and are looking for ways to merge profiles. For now a user will need to return to the classic experience to merge profiles.

    Hi, We've brought linked profile support to Next Gen! 

    We have a few more features to update but we are happy to report on the progress made so far. Agents can now schedule showings on any listing that is available to any of their linked profiles and can see their linked profile information in their preferences section.  

  3. As an agent, I'd like for My Cart to be easily viewable

    I started a "showing cart yesterday" where I had 2-3 showings set together for today. But today I went in and they are now all separated and I don't see a way to join them together again without adding a listing again, but then it'll duplicate.
    Also, the mobile version isn't an option, it just takes you to the browser which isn't in the app. So giving the option in the app seems moot.

    Users would like to edit their feedback forms in Next Gen. They would also like Feedback overview and controls in Next Gen. Being able to see all the feedback for a single property.

  6. As a User, I Want to Convert a Single Showing to A Tour

    Make it where a single showing can become part of a showingcart after being requested. Clients often find other homes they want to see - and the original home that was scheduled has to be input as a random address in the showingcart to calculate drive times. If I could click on the originally requested home and it offer the option of adding additional showings/ turning it into a tour, that would be fabulous.

  8. I'd like Administrative, Staff and/or Manager functions in Next Gen

    Agents would like to access staff and manager functions in Next Gen. Being able to set up defaults, manage branding, etc. Overall Administrative functions to help run the office, check in on agents, run office level reports

  10. As an Agent, I Would Like to Schedule an Open House in Next Gen

    As an agent I wish I could code a showing as an open house to the seller and that this would also highlight if an agent tried to book an appointment at the same time.

    Open houses should display in a different color/style so that it is easily seen when viewing reports, attempting to schedule, or reviewing associated activity.

  12. As an Agent, I'd Like to Schedule a new Showing from Near by listings

    Agents would like to be able to schedule a new showing on a listing that is nearby one they are looking at or viewing. The idea is that its the neighborhood and features rather than the house itself the buyer is looking for.

  14. As a User, I Want the Entry Window for Feedback to Float So the Keyboard Does Not Get in the Way

    Users would like the feedback entry window to float. The main issue was the keyboard on the phone takes up the lower half and the header was stationary and took up the upper half.
