As an Agent, I Would Like to Receive a Notification When a Lockbox Enters an Off-Market/Non-showable Status
When a listing changes status, agents would like to be notified if a lockbox is still attached to that listing. This would serve as part of the listing lifecycle to both notify an agent that they may be able to move the lockbox and/or to make sure any additional steps are taken care of for the lockbox/listing

Ability to change the time instead of having to cancel the showing an a new request with new time.

As a User, I'd Like to See an Easy, Compact view of My Showings, To Quickly Reference Listing Details
The old app had an easy to view summary of all your showings to quickly reference price, beds, and baths and the new app is too compact in the calendar view so you have to click into each one to get more details

As an Agent, I'd Like to Schedule a new Showing from Near by listings
Agents would like to be able to schedule a new showing on a listing that is nearby one they are looking at or viewing. The idea is that its the neighborhood and features rather than the house itself the buyer is looking for.

As an Agent, I Want to See All of My Listings, Owners and Occupants in a Single View
Agents are used to the Search for Listing Page which shows basic information about their listings. Staff members can see the whole list of listings for the office, but an agent finds value in the list as well.
In Next Gen this view does not exist yet but users would like it added.

As an agent that works with listings and buyers, I would like to be able to see how many homes I show each month and week to help me to learn how many showings/appointments I need to get a buyer under contract

As an Inspector, I Would Like to Request Appointents of up to 8 Hours in Length
As a home inspector and affiliate member, our appointments often last longer than four hours. This forces us to have to call into ShowingTime to request an appointment rather than being able to use the app. It would be nice if we could request showings that are up to eight hours so that we can do inspections of all sizes

Currently, agents can email or call agents from the kebab menus. The only information shown is to call or email, However, Agents would like to send an SMS

As an Agent, I think the Mobile layout is clunky
The layout feels clunky and showing request on my listings should be front and center, they are hard to find. the layout needs to be clean and concise as we are mostly working on a mobile device.

As an Agent, I would like the MLS ID to hyperlink to the MLS detail page
I use to be able to click on the MLS number and it would take me directly to the MLS listing. That is a super handy feature! Please bring the MLS hyperlink back. Thanks! Photo attached for reference.

I would love for the ability to view my past showings. This is extremely useful for tracking purposes, if my lead would like to see the listing again, or even just to use as a reminder of which home I saw and when. Please add this

As a User, I Want the Entry Window for Feedback to Float So the Keyboard Does Not Get in the Way
Users would like the feedback entry window to float. The main issue was the keyboard on the phone takes up the lower half and the header was stationary and took up the upper half.

As a User, I Would Like to See the Unit Number on all Notifications and in the Mobile App
Agents would like full listing address especially the unit number to be present in notifications and in the mobile app. One property may have different units that are being shown.
Currently, the full address and unit number show on the desktop, but not in the mobile app or in all notifications.

When an agent is looking at feedback, they would like to see the listing agents full contact details or the buyer's agent full contact details without having to click the kebab menu.

As a User, I Would Like new Features to be Added to the Target Market Analysis Report
- Rotate the text on the X-Axis of the chart to allow more steps and a wider range.
- Allow $100k to $2M (or higher) with $100k steps. 3.Expand to two PDF Pages if needed.
- Show column totals at the bottom of the table.
- Allow data to be exported to a CSV file with all available fields (using the search criteria). (City, County, Property Type, Price Range, Total Showings, etc.). This will allow custom charts to be generated using Excel.

As an Agent, I Do Not Like that the List of Properties Change order as I select time
Every time you try to input the times for the showings, it keeps rerouting the list, which throws off the timelines that you’re trying to construct.
