Agents often ask to have a way to add inspectors or appraisers to the system. In the markets where these users are a part of the MLS, we can pull them automatically with approval. but if they are not a member we need another workaround

As an Agent, I Would Like ALL Offers Published for the Seller
Agents would like to automatically publish all offers to the seller for some listings.
In some markets, sellers are doing the work and just use an agent to list their home in the MLS for more exposure. For situations like this the agent often wants the "Behind the Scenes" work to be passed on to the seller automatically

As an Agent, I am Confused When I Don't see an Appointment Confirmation pop-up
Agents would like something definitive when an appointment is confirmed. While toasts and banners are in the right direction, they can be missed. Some agents want a popup or something more "visible" to identify that things are complete.

When scheduling an agent could be confused because they cannot see the submit button. There is nothing obvious that tells them to scroll down to submit.

As a User, I want to add activity to the Next Gen Listing Activity Report
Users would like a way to manually confirm showings for properties that don't use ShowingTime for requests. That way they can make the tour and it be noted that the time was confirmed. A place to add a note about access instructions would be necessary as well.

As a listing agent, I think that the feedback for my listings should be the default tab in the feedback section
On the Feedback tab I would suggest moving the MY LISTINGS tab to the default versus LISTINGS.

As a listing agent, I think that My Listings should be the default choice when i select the listings tab
On the Listing tab move the default to My Listings versus Listings. It is frustrating to have to click on the My Listings tab every time I want to look at my listings.

While defaults are set at the market level for statuses and if they are showable, agents would like to set them for their own listings as well. So if a listing is pending for example, they would still love for showings and offers

Would like to be able to send sellers their weekly showing reports like we used to be able to do on the original version. Agents want to be able to schedule the owners version of the Listing Activity report (LAR) to be sent automatically

Agents would like us to add municipality and neighborhood to the listing details page. We could expand on this idea a bit since there may be other fields an MLS provides that they would like to be shown.
