  1. As a User, I'd Like to See an Easy, Compact view of My Showings, To Quickly Reference Listing Details

    The old app had an easy to view summary of all your showings to quickly reference price, beds, and baths and the new app is too compact in the calendar view so you have to click into each one to get more details

  2. As an Agent, I Do Not Like that the List of Properties Change order as I select time

    Every time you try to input the times for the showings, it keeps rerouting the list, which throws off the timelines that you’re trying to construct.

  3. As an Agent, I would like to schedule on behalf of others in Next Gen

    Agents would like to enter showings on behalf of other agents. In some cases agents call or use different methods to ask for showings. The listing side would like to keep track of them in Next Gen

  5. As a User, I Want to Schedule in 5 Minute Increments

    I would like to be able to schedule in 5 minute increments when doing a tour of multiple homes. If not there will be a lot of wasted time in between showings.

  6. As a Next Gen User, I Would Like to Manually Add Inspectors /Appraisers

    Agents often ask to have a way to add inspectors or appraisers to the system. In the markets where these users are a part of the MLS, we can pull them automatically with approval. but if they are not a member we need another workaround

  8. As a User, I Want to See Listings I Save in Next Gen, Appear in the Classic View

    If I use the new generation experience and have showings in "carts" but not requested yet, they do not show up on the old experience what so ever. I don't have any upcoming showings to test and request in the next generation to see if they pop up in the old generation at this time.

  11. As A User, I Want To Add Live Video to A Scheduled Appointment

  13. As an agent, I want appointments that have been in requested status for 48 hours to be automatically deleted/cancelled

    If a showing stays in requested mode and was not confirmed, it should not send a feedback form email. Appointments that stay in requested status after 48 hours with no response from listing agent should be automatically canceled.

  14. As an agent, I do not want feedback to go out for appointments that were never confirmed/stayed in requested status

  18. As an agent, the listing in search in next gen is worse, I want it to work like Classic

    Agent is not satisfied with the NextGen app, says it's not Android friendly. He prefers the way the listings populated even without typing out the entire address (the way it's on the old app) and that on the dashboard it shows him a calendar with only his past showings, not the upcoming ones.

  20. As an agent, it is not intuitive to change the showing type for an appointment

    Please fix the "new" app

    The old app was far more useful

    The new app has the following immediate issues

    1.
    much more difficult to schedule
    2.
    No times before 9am...as appraisers we commonly go BEFORE 9am , we like to schedule 8:30 am appts every day of the week....and were able to using the old app but not on the new app
    3.
    Make it easier to select what type of showing, changing the type of showing is not easy or intuitive
    4.
    make it easy to change settings, it calls us all the time now for a showing…
