  1. As an Agent, I want to See all times in the Mobile Time selector

    Next Gen only shows appointment times that are from {NOW} forward and match the selected duration. So if an appointment duration is 1 hour and lead time exists we will not initially show a time on the calendar that might work. Agents may decide that they don't need an hour after all and prefer to select the next available time.

  2. As an Agent, I Dislike that some Menus Like duration or appointment type are hidden

  5. As an Agent, I Need Dashboard customization options so that I can see upcoming showings easier

  6. As an Agent, I Find it Difficult to Scroll on Mobile on My Listing page

    The “my listings” dashboard screen is extremely touchy. If you hold your finger down while scrolling it will select the listing. Please make that screen less touchy. Or maybe require the listing to be chosen in another way?

  7. As a User, I want to Add Listing Rules for a date range.

    When setting up showing instructions, sellers like to restrict certain times (example, no showings before 10 am or after 7 pm) Please add the feature that allows us to make a date range. As it is now (desktop version for sure) We have to click on each day 1 by 1. There’s no way to choose a range.

  10. As a User, I Would Like to Select the Start and End Time for Appointments on the Same Screen.

    On the app version, I love that in the old version I can specify appt times down to the 5 min mark, but think the hour and minute need to be 2 separate wheels. It would be much less tedious than having to scroll all the way from 8:00AM down to 6:00PM on one wheel. See attached for suggested set up. It could even include the day and AM/PM like this picture.

  11. As an Agent, I think the Mobile layout is clunky

    The layout feels clunky and showing request on my listings should be front and center, they are hard to find. the layout needs to be clean and concise as we are mostly working on a mobile device.

    Every time you try to input the times for the showings, it keeps rerouting the list, which throws off the timelines that you’re trying to construct.

  15. As a User, I Want to See Listings I Save in Next Gen, Appear in the Classic View

    If I use the new generation experience and have showings in "carts" but not requested yet, they do not show up on the old experience what so ever. I don't have any upcoming showings to test and request in the next generation to see if they pop up in the old generation at this time.

  19. As an agent, in NextGen I would like the All Agents from my Firm option when using the Send Notification Feature

    In NextGen the all agents from my firm option is not there when using the send notification feature. Only options are to send to agents who have shown the property and all listing contacts, compared to classic they can send to all agents in their firm.
