As a user, I am frustrated with the Google sync delay
Because google can take hours to process updates, users think that the sync is not working.
However, Google Sync is outside of ShowingTime's control. Updates may take minutes or hours at the discretion of Google and not ShowingTime.4 votes -
As a User, I Would LIke an Easier to Use ShowingCart
I miss the ShowingCart feature very much. Scheduling multiple showings for a single buyer is much clunkier than the previous version. I also find adding "other" non-listing stops and then modifying them much more difficult. I use the old ShowingCart feature with ease. This is not user friendly. For example, I have put in 5 stops, 3 showing and 2 non showing with times but do not see a way to now submit those requests all at the same time. As an Agent, I Want to See the Property Details once showing is approved
I want to be able to see the listing details from the access details screen once the listing is approved/scheduled. I can see this info when searching for a house to book a showing appointment but not once it’s approved without going back in to search for it.

As a User, I Want Price Brackets on the TMA report
As per our conversation, it is evident that the program lacks effectiveness without the crucial feature of refining results through "Price Bracketing." I would like to emphasize the importance of this feature being possible to filter by price range as shown below. The program with its current limitation on price bracketing effectively renders the analysis useless. It doesn’t work as a real estate agent would need it to. Clearly this program was not designed by anyone with practical real estate sales experience.
Here are examples of suggested Price Brackets:

$2M-$3M
$3M-$4M
$4M-$5M
$5M-$6M
$6M-$7M

As a User, I Would Like to See the Unit Number on all Notifications
Agents would like full listing address especially the unit number to be present in notifications. One property may have different units that are being shown.

As a User, I Would Like new Features to be Added to the Target Market Analysis Report
- Rotate the text on the X-Axis of the chart to allow more steps and a wider range.
- Allow $100k to $2M (or higher) with $100k steps. 3.Expand to two PDF Pages if needed.
- Show column totals at the bottom of the table.
- Allow data to be exported to a CSV file with all available fields (using the search criteria). (City, County, Property Type, Price Range, Total Showings, etc.). This will allow custom charts to be generated using Excel.

As an Agent, I Would Like an Address Book in Showing Cart for saved addresses
It would be great if we could have an address book in Showing Cart where we save addresses like “Home”, “Office 1”, “Office 2”, and when we “Add Other Stop” we could just pull from the address book of saved addresses and use that to quickly build a showing cart and estimate drive times, etc.

As an Agent, I Do Not Like that the List of Properties Change order as I select time
Every time you try to input the times for the showings, it keeps rerouting the list, which throws off the timelines that you’re trying to construct.
