  2. As an Agent, I Would like To See the Access Notes and Alarm Location Always Expanded

    Have the Access Notes and Location on the page, not a drop down. Too many clicks currently. There is more than enough blank space on the page to have several lines of notes, at least, without having to drop down for more info.

  3. As an Agent, I want to see the Map view and Availability screen in the same view

    I would prefer to be able to see the map view in a smaller widow and the availablity at the same time.
