As an agent, I want to be able to add already confirmed appointments to the ShowingCart easily
Currently, an agent can add a confirmed appointment to the ShowingCart, but it is not intuitive, and it is a much more tedious process than adding a property before the appointment is requested.
To add a confirmed appt, agents must use the "Add Other Stop" option (and nothing tells them to do this), and then they must manually enter the address in its entirety, and then manually select the appointment time and appointment status.
Agents often schedule appointments outside of the cart and then wish to create the cart to give their buyer easy instructions to follow for the tour.…

As an LA, I would like to be able to prompt BAs at the end of a showing to turn off lights/secure property automatically
I am writing to inquire about the possibility of adding an automation trigger or enhanced notification feature that activates when a showing ends.
Specifically, many agents forget to turn off the lights at the end of a showing. It would be valuable if ShowingTime could provide one of the following:1.
A webhook or API event that fires when a showing is completed, so brokerages/teams can integrate with external systems (e.g., smart light controls, automated alerts).

As a User, Once I Select My Time, I Do Not Want to Reselect It if I Change the Type of Showing
Once a user selects the time for a showing in Next Gen. It is not saved if they change the type of showing for example. So if they select a time frame of 1-3pm and then want to mark the showing as an inspection, when the select the new appointment type, the time is unset.

As a User, I think that choosing the time should be a bigger on mobile
Mobile users would like to see all information on the top level. Choosing a time has also been requested to be near to the date and not seem hidden. The idea is that scrolling to choose it seems off to some users, and they would like it to see more natural

As an Agent, I Would Like 15 minute increments for default showing times.
Need 15 or 30 min increments on default showing times for listings as well as the ability to select a range of dates for custom rules.

Suggestions for an fulltime buyer/seller agent
I love the look of the new ShowingTime app—but from a practical standpoint, it’s a step backward.
When I’m working with buyers, I routinely schedule multiple showings at once. As a Canopy MLS member, I select the homes buyers want to see (plus homes I know they should see) and use the ShowingTime button to build a ShowingCart. This is one of the biggest time-savers in my workflow.
The ShowingCart lets me:
-Schedule multiple showings efficiently
-Calculate drive time between properties
-View everything on a map to plan the best route
-Start with the strongest home to set expectations

Agenda behavior / Showing time / type behavior
Here are my suggestions for creating an agenda for a buyer tour
1. Allow "Save for Later" without times assigned. Many times we don't know exactly what time our tours will be but we have a list of homes we are building for a tour.Automatically "Save For Later" (background) when adding a listing to a tour / agenda. I have experienced the system automatically logging me out only to have to rebuild an entire tour worth of homes. This goes with item number 1.

As an Agent, I'd like to allow Showings on my Listing when the status is Pending
While defaults are set at the market level for statuses and if they are showable, agents would like to set them for their own listings as well. So if a listing is pending for example, they would still love for showings and offers

As a user, I'd like to have the Buyers Agreement "stick" or be remembered per buyer
Agents often show several homes to the same buyer and now that we have rules in place to make sure they have an agreement in place; they are being asked each time (per appointment) to make sure that it exists.
Agents are asking for a way for our system to identify that that buyer is already attached or has agreed to it for a period (say 6 months) so they do not have have to agree each time.

As an Agent, I Would like To See the Access Notes and Alarm Location Always Expanded
Have the Access Notes and Location on the page, not a drop down. Too many clicks currently. There is more than enough blank space on the page to have several lines of notes, at least, without having to drop down for more info.
