As a user, I would like to be emailed with a prompt to opt into texts & instructions on opting in automatically, if I am opted out of texts
Customer suggested that email should be automatically and immediately sent to customers that need to opt in via text along with instructions how to do that.

Users would like to save messages to send them later, review them to use as a template, verify that messages were sent and who they were sent to.
This includes In Cart, ShowingTime Messenger, etc
