As an agent, I would like to have templates when using the send notification feature
When sending a mass email agents would like to have a template option similar to feedback. This will allow them to click on past ones they use to save time and will help maintain consistency across communications.

Bring back reports you took away
You took away several reports with the re-design. Is there any plan to add those back?

As an Agent, I would like to sort the acitivies on the Listing activity report.
I am a member of the advisory board so I will also send this to my contact. I started using the new version however when I pick one of my listings and look at the activity, the times are out of order instead of being in chronological order as they were in the old version. This is very inconvenient and frustrating. If there is a way to change this on my end, I haven't figured it out.

As a User, I want to know what the Criteria is for values are on the TMA Report
