As an agent, the landing page of the Classic app the says "nothing here yet" is confusing and not useful
When an agent logs into the Classic app and the first thing they see says "nothing here yet", they are confused and think they did something wrong or something is wrong with the app, when in fact, that is just the landing page. The landing page should have useful information on it.
