    I frequently do 20-30 previews in a week. It's quite frustrating to have ShowingTime fill up my text messages w/ request/confirmation/cancellation/etc because you use so many different phone numbers for these.

  3. As A User, I Would Like to Customize Notifications for Confirmation vs Cancellation

    Agents would like the ability to customize notification messages and content. Being able to display different messages for confirmations/declines.

    Agents would like to choose notification preferences on their own listings vs other listings. They may not want notifications for confirmations on their own listings for example.

    Agents would like to choose to be notified only if an request was declined for example as they may be used to confirmations being the norm

    Currently, agents can email or call agents from the kebab menus. The only information shown is to call or email, However, Agents would like to send an SMS

    Users would like to save messages to send them later, review them to use as a template, verify that messages were sent and who they were sent to.

    This includes In Cart, ShowingTime Messenger, etc
