  1. As a User, I think that choosing the time should be a bigger on mobile

    Mobile users would like to see all information on the top level. Choosing a time has also been requested to be near to the date and not seem hidden. The idea is that scrolling to choose it seems off to some users, and they would like it to see more natural

  2. As a User, I Would lIke Driving Directions to be linked to appointments in the app.

    Driving directions. I liked old feature where you have your tour. You click on property it drive navigation to property prompt when done and take you to the next property

  3. As an Agent, I want to See all times in the Mobile Time selector

    Next Gen only shows appointment times that are from {NOW} forward and match the selected duration. So if an appointment duration is 1 hour and lead time exists we will not initially show a time on the calendar that might work. Agents may decide that they don't need an hour after all and prefer to select the next available time.

  4. As an Agent, I Dislike that some Menus Like duration or appointment type are hidden

    When scheduling appointments, agents would like the preferences and options to be visible for easy selection without having to go into a menu.

  10. As an Agent, I Want to Mark Appointments that Did Not Show

    Mark appointments as no show. I am going through my showing history now and I see that I had 6 appointments confirmed, but when I look at my supra lockbox history only 2 of those appointments actually showed. I wish there was a way to go back and mark these appointments as no-show. Theres no way for me to go back and cancel these appointments that happened in the past

  11. As an Agent, I Want to See the Property Details once showing is approved

    I want to be able to see the listing details from the access details screen once the listing is approved/scheduled. I can see this info when searching for a house to book a showing appointment but not once it’s approved without going back in to search for it.

  15. As an Agent, I Would like To See the Access Notes and Alarm Location Always Expanded

    Have the Access Notes and Location on the page, not a drop down. Too many clicks currently. There is more than enough blank space on the page to have several lines of notes, at least, without having to drop down for more info.

  19. As an Agent, I Would Like to Add Comments About a Listing I Am Scheduling On

    The houses are missing a section to write comments for ourselves. Only comments to the listing agent are available. I like to add comments for myself as I was able to do on the previous version.

  20. As a User, I Would Like to Select the Start and End Time for Appointments on the Same Screen.

    On the app version, I love that in the old version I can specify appt times down to the 5 min mark, but think the hour and minute need to be 2 separate wheels. It would be much less tedious than having to scroll all the way from 8:00AM down to 6:00PM on one wheel. See attached for suggested set up. It could even include the day and AM/PM like this picture.
