  1. As an Agent, I want to See all times in the Mobile Time selector

    Next Gen only shows appointment times that are from {NOW} forward and match the selected duration. So if an appointment duration is 1 hour and lead time exists we will not initially show a time on the calendar that might work. Agents may decide that they don't need an hour after all and prefer to select the next available time.

  5. As a User, I Would Like to Select the Start and End Time for Appointments on the Same Screen.

    On the app version, I love that in the old version I can specify appt times down to the 5 min mark, but think the hour and minute need to be 2 separate wheels. It would be much less tedious than having to scroll all the way from 8:00AM down to 6:00PM on one wheel. See attached for suggested set up. It could even include the day and AM/PM like this picture.

  6. As an agent, I want appointments that have been in requested status for 48 hours to be automatically deleted/cancelled

    If a showing stays in requested mode and was not confirmed, it should not send a feedback form email. Appointments that stay in requested status after 48 hours with no response from listing agent should be automatically canceled.

  7. As an agent, I do not want feedback to go out for appointments that were never confirmed/stayed in requested status

    If a showing stays in requested mode and was not confirmed, it should not send a feedback form email. Appointments that stay in requested status after 48 hours with no response from listing agent should be automatically canceled.

  9. As an agent, it is not intuitive to change the showing type for an appointment

    Please fix the "new" app

    The old app was far more useful

    The new app has the following immediate issues

    1.
    much more difficult to schedule
    2.
    No times before 9am...as appraisers we commonly go BEFORE 9am , we like to schedule 8:30 am appts every day of the week....and were able to using the old app but not on the new app
    3.
    Make it easier to select what type of showing, changing the type of showing is not easy or intuitive
    4.
    make it easy to change settings, it calls us all the time now for a showing…

  13. As an agent, I want my owner to be able to send access info directly to BAs, as the instructions change appt to appt

    The client would like us to consider the option for the owners to have the ability to add specific notes to the buyers agents, for each appointment as in some cases the instructions/codes can change or for any other showing specific notes

    The full address needs to be stated because agents can have multiple properties of the same address with the only difference being the unit number

  17. As an agent, I want rescheduled appointments to follow the most updated version of the showing instructions on the listing

    Currently, rescheduled appointments follow the showing instructions that were in effect at the time the original appointment was scheduled.
