Agents would like to choose notification preferences on their own listings vs other listings. They may not want notifications for confirmations on their own listings for example.

As an Agent, I Would Prefer If All Texts Came From a Single Number
I frequently do 20-30 previews in a week. It's quite frustrating to have ShowingTime fill up my text messages w/ request/confirmation/cancellation/etc because you use so many different phone numbers for these.

As an agent, when I send a mass notification and I do not enter anything in the body of the email, the system autofills the price change msg, and it should not do that. It should send a message with the body of the email blank, or notify me that the body of the email is blank and ask me to approve or cancel sending the message.

As an agent, I want to opt out of receiving mass notifications when someone in my office selects "All Agents in my Firm"
Agents want to receive mass notifications for properties they have shown, but be able to opt out of receiving mass notifications for any properties they did not show, even when agents in their firm select to notify "All Agents in [their] Firm".
