As an agent, I do not want feedback to go out for appointments that were never confirmed/stayed in requested status
If a showing stays in requested mode and was not confirmed, it should not send a feedback form email. Appointments that stay in requested status after 48 hours with no response from listing agent should be automatically canceled.
