The next generation of ShowingTime is a more secure evolution for showing management. You will need to create a username and password if you do not have one.

Don't worry, this is a one-time process and SSO will not be going away for those that access ShowingTime via their MLS!

After creating your username and password, whenever you access ShowingTime via the MLS, you are automatically taken to your ShowingTime setup which will default to the original version of ShowingTime that you are used to.

Then you can click the Start using the next generation experience banner at the top of the window to automatically sign in without needing to enter any credentials.

This process behaves much like Google Docs or Smartsheets where a cookie on the device will expire after 30 days (and resets every time you access the next generation experience). If you haven’t accessed the next generation of ShowingTime in 30+ days, only then will you be prompted to sign in again.
