How to Update Your Office Settings

Click your name in the top right corner and select Office from the drop down menu.


For mobile, click the three dots above “More” and select “Profile.”


Contact Information

In this section you can add or edit an office phone number and a reply-to email address where responses to an email are sent when someone clicks the reply button for automatic ShowingTime emails.


Branding

You can add, remove, or replace your logo by clicking on the pencil icon next to “Manage Logo.”  

When setting up your branding, your logo will be automatically applied to all associated offices with your service. However, you can choose to customize the branding for a specific office under the “IDs Managed” section. That customized branding will replace the default logo for that office.

*Note: We recommend uploading a PNG or JPEG file with a transparent background to easily modify the background color.



You can customize the background color of your logo by clicking on “Change color” and selecting your desired background color.


Add a destination URL to send users to your team, company, or brokerage website when they click on your logo.


Preview your updated branding in an email by clicking on “Email Preview.”


Listing Appointment Defaults

Click on the dropdown caret icon to update your office's Listing Appointments Defaults. From here, you can customize your office's default appointment type, provide specific details for ShowingTime’s Appointment Center to communicate to Buyer's Agents, request Agency Relationship, and enable Secure Access.


Listing Feedback

Click on the dropdown caret icon to update your office’s Listing Feedback settings. Here, you can enable automatic feedback requests for showing agents, activate notifications, and set feedback to be automatically published to the Listing Activity Report.



Listing Restrictions

Click on the dropdown caret icon to update your office’s listing restrictions. Here, you can allow overlapping appointments, set the minimum and maximum appointment lengths, specify required and suggested lead times, and hide the "all agents in my firm" option for mass notifications.


IDs Managed

Below the default settings, you will see the office name(s), ID(s), and MLS(s) that are currently utilizing your ShowingTime service. Click on your desired office or click the three dot icon on the right to navigate to the office’s settings or to edit the office branding.


*Note: Changes to the advanced settings will affect all agents in this particular office and all new activities.
