How Do I Respond to Feedback?


When feedback is received you may want to follow up with the agent to get additional details or respond. Feedback is available on the feedback tab of your listings or from the feedback menu in ShowingTime Next Gen. You will see their name and office information on the main screen and can click the kebab menu to email or call them.
