Why Is My Closed Listing Still Showing?
A listing is kept in ShowingTime when it is sold for 14 days so that you can easily review information about it. You may need time to move the lockbox information or print the activity for your final close-out records. You can manually archive the listing at any time.
- Select Listings from the side menu.
- Select My Listings.
- Select the setup tab.
- Select the kebab menu.
- Select Archive.

We work with your mls/association/board to get information about listings, agents, and offices. Once data is changed it can take a little bit of time to be sent to ShowingTime.
