How can I inform other agents on updates specific to my listing?
Listing Agents can use the 'Send notification' button - found on all tabs of the listing worksheet, excluding the Pricing Benchmark tab - to send listing updates to a broad group of relevant buyer’s agents.
After clicking the button, a 'Send Notification' window will appear where users can manage recipients, select the message type, attach documents, and write the message.
Managing Recipients
Step 1: Click 'Manage Recipients List'
Step 2: Add or remove recipients in bulk or individually. Recipients who have opted-out are listed at the bottom in gray. For longer recipient lists, agents can click “# opted out” in the “Send to” section to be taken directly to the bottom of the list.
Adding Attachments
Agents can add up to 5 documents to the listing notification by uploading files from their device or from the listing's attachments.
Access Listing Notifications You’ve Sent
Listing agents can access the listing notifications they’ve sent from the Activity tab in the listing worksheet. By clicking the tile, they can see detailed information, including the recipient list and attached files.
Resend Notifications
To resend a listing notification, click 'New Message'.
Send Listing Notifications through the Mobile App
Listing notifications can also be sent through the Mobile App by following the same process outlined above for the desktop version.
