Showing instructions inform the requesting agent, how they can show the home. You can set availability, lead time, alarm information, and more. By choosing an appointment type like Auto Confirm, you can automatically approve requests, while Confirmation Required, means that the requesting agent will need to wait for approval.

You can enter instructions on the Listing Setup Tab of the listing worksheet.
