What Happened to the Courtesy Call and Go and Show Appointment Types?
With ShowingTime Next Generation we're making things easier. Both Courtesy Call appointments and Go and Show appointments were considered to be automatically confirmed. The difference was just in how you were notified.
By consolidating these into one Appointment Confirmation type you can still select to be notified by the methods you choose.

Auto Confirm saves you time by eliminating the need for you to manually confirm each appointment request. It also makes it easier for Buyer's Agents to show your listing. You can use Auto Confirm for both occupied and vacant listings.Tip: When using for occupied listings, you can adjust the Lead Time and Availability to ensure timing of appointments works for the seller and occupants.
