Configuring this option on the listing setup tab will enable the Buyer's Agent to only see the home access details, such as lockbox and alarm information, within the selected time window for confirmed appointments.

You can select a different amount of time for the window. Choices include:

• Always available
• 0 minutes
• 5 minutes
• 10 minutes
• 15 minutes
• 30 minutes
• 45 minutes
• 1 hour

As an example: If the setting is 1 hour and the appointment is scheduled at 2 pm, the buyer's agent would be able to see the home access details starting at 1 pm and ending at 3 pm.

This window allows agents to arrive earlier or later while providing security for the seller.

To make the home access details, such as lockbox and alarm information available all the time you can select Always available
