Listing Detail Tab
From the Dashboard, select Listings from the side menu. Then select My Listings. You can also search for any listing from the dashboard search menu.
At the top of the listing, you will see the address, price, square footage, number of bedrooms, and bathrooms.
The Overview section contains information like listing comments and the listing (source) ID. Because we get this data from different sources (markets) we identify the source and the source ID in this area.
The listing agent's name, contact number, and email will also appear in this section. Buyer's agents, inspectors, and other users that are able to access ShowingTime will see these details.
Information like the days on the market, price, square footage, and taxes can be found in the Facts and Features section.

You will see a list of all listings for which you are the Listing or Co-listing Agent. Select any listing to view its details.Click the image to see the full size.
ShowingTime works with your board/MLS/association to receive listing, agent, and office information*. If you notice missing or incomplete information, we recommend that you verify that the information is correct in your board/MLS/association. In some markets, ShowingTime may be able to pull updates to this information every 15 minutes, however, in others it may take longer. Please contact ShowingTime support if you have any questions.
*In some markets, all information may not be available.
