As an agent, you are able to select different appointment types when you schedule your appointments in ShowingTime. Indicating that it is your second showing, a walk-through, or inspection can help the listing side understand what (if any) steps they need to take. An owner may want to leave the house for a showing but may choose to stay when measurements are being taken.

Once you select the listing, you can choose an appointment type from the scheduling screen. First, select the three dot menu.

Choices include:

• Showing
• Virtual Showing
• Walk-Through
• Agent Preview
• Inspection
• ...and others

When you select the Inspection appointment type, you can choose from inspection types like:

• Inspection
• Radon Pickup/Drop off
• Site Measurements
• Roof
• Foundation
• ...and others

You can also indicate if it is a repeat showing or using ShowingTime Live Video.

The status of a listing may prevent you from choosing from all available appointment types. In some markets, for example, a pending listing may only allow inspections and walk-throughs.
